The place is nice, despite being meters from the street, it is quite quiet, it is fully equipped to prepare practically whatever you want in the kitchen, the view of the lake is remarkable and the tub on the terrace is spacious and clean, good heating and internet with good stability.

We wholeheartedly recommend this magical lake house—it truly feels like heaven on earth. Our stay in Pucón, Chile, was wonderful. The ideal location made it easy to walk into town (1 mile) or use the provided bikes. Evenings brought breathtaking sunsets, private kayak access, and our own dock on beautiful Villarrica Lake. Kayaking with a view of the volcano was unforgettable. The garden, with over 15 flower varieties, created a serene oasis. The master bedroom’s lake view was pure magic. The cozy house and charming porch made for a relaxing retreat. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the peaceful ambiance was perfect. The house manager, just up the street, was always available, and our host, Barbara, regularly checked in. A special thanks to the sweet dog outside—her joy was inspiring! This beautiful home and garden filled our hearts with happiness. Thank you so much Barbara!

Mrs. Rosa was very loving and attentive to any questions. The house has all the amenities to go with a large family, the photos don't do justice to how nice the house is. We recommend it 1000%, we will definitely be back.

Great choice to stay in Esteban's apartment for our vacation in Pucón! The apartment met our needs and we found it super comfortable. Meets as posted. Getting in and out with the vehicle is easy and, if you like to get away from the downtown area, it's a great choice. The bed is comfortable and not to mention the large number of blankets they give you to get through the cold (if you go in fall/winter). We were very satisfied and we will certainly consider it as an option if we return to Pucón!

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable, so it met all our expectations. Very nice facilities and common areas, where we had a great time as a family... As for Karla, we would like to point out that she is a great host who was always ready to address all our concerns. In conclusion, it is a 100% recommended place.

Highly recommended and conveniently located Apart Hotel. Everything was clean, Odette's service was impeccable, always attentive and always ready to help. Centrally located, a couple of blocks from the main avenue and about a 15-minute walk to the lake and any tourist spot. The accommodation is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, water heater, utensils and cutlery for four people. Clean sheets and towels are provided, and you can ask the host for a washing machine if you stay for many days. The place is also very quiet, without annoying night noises and overall, very comfortable. Recommended, I would definitely come back on a future stay in Villarica.

The apartment is perfect, comfortable and modern, it covered all our needs and was very well equipped. Very grateful to David, a very good host. The place is beautiful, with a nice view and nature all around you, ideal for relaxing and enjoying. Children and young people have a place with activities so it's impossible to get bored. Very quiet and safe, totally recommended. The apartment is well-equipped and very tastefully decorated.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Very clean, tidy, comfortable, just right for two travelers like us. Although the area is far from the center, the setting is beautiful in a wooded area. An Uber from downtown costs between 2000 and 2500 Chilean pesos. There are always people in the concierge and they are all very friendly when you make inquiries, in our case we are Uruguayans and it was the first time we visited the region. Just as a thing for Gustavo to take into account to correct some detail in the shower, the support falls and some water splashes out of the bathtub. Overall, we had a very nice stay and we loved the city.
