Monthly Rentals in Las Catalinas

A phenomenal spot to stay on a group trip to Las Catalinas. Each bedroom comes with a bathroom and there is a small courtyard that separates the suites from the rooms. It's great for people who want their own space but at the same time there was a spacious communal area to meet up. The accommodation is aestheically beautiful and captures the costa rican vibe. It appears better than it looks in the photos and provides everything one would need for their stay! Location is just a hop, skip and jump away from all the restaurants and beaches. We felt 100% safe here as a group of 10 girls. One thing I would say is don't leave your drinks or sugary snacks out because they do attract sugar ants so it's best to keep these in sealed bags. Overall I highly recommend and would return to this stunning villa!

Diana’s place is one of the best AirBnb’s we’ve ever stayed in. It is so well designed and appointed, we felt right at home. The house was perfect for our two families of 3 traveling together. It’s towards the top of a hill in Las Catalinas, which means great views, but slightly longer walks to the pool club and beach. But the house is so great that it was hard to leave! We’ll definitely be back here!

We had a once in a lifetime stay at Lynzi and Graham's! After staying in Tamarindo, we were looking for something a little more tranquil. This place is exactly what we needed. The views are outstanding and we spent most of our time enjoying them by staying in and relaxing by the pool. Graham met us upon check in and was incredibly friendly and informative. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a secluded spot surrounded by the nature of Costa Rica.

Exactly as pictured. The unit is clean and quiet. We were comfortable as a couple there, it would be a bit crowded if we had our kids. Las Catalinas is a great community, about an hour and a half away from the airport. Once you’re there, you’re likely staying mostly on the property as there isn’t an easy way to go anywhere else, but it’s a relaxing spot with good options for restaurants and the beach is perfect.
