Vacation rentals in Larimer Square Historic District

We just ended our week at Tim and Ambers house and had a very nice time. We give it 5 stars because: *Great communication and extremely friendly, kind, and helpful * Super dog-friendly with fenced yard, treats, beds, blankets, even poop bags! * Kitchen was stocked full of appliances - even a kitchenaid mixer! * Big backyard and quiet neighborhood * Large driveway (we have a sprinter van and plenty of room) * Big screen TV was awesome! * Close to grocery stores, trails, lakes, and a nice pickleball court nearby! * Easy communication regarding checkout * Comfy spaces to sit and relax and lots of games and books * Extra toiletries in case we forgot anything which was a nice touch * Good communication inside house about how things work * Large fridge and very nice with water and ice filter Highly recommend!

This stay was amazing from the clean and cute apartment to the warm relaxing hot tub outside we all loved each and every part! As broke college kids on spring break it had everything we needed, Great prices, Safe Location, Kitchen Utensils for us to cook meals there, Washer and Dryer, Extra Sleeping space, And the nice hot tub. We are beyond happy with our experience and will be staying here again soon!

Beautiful place in the mountains. Nancy helpful and right nextdoor if I needed anything. Might be a tough for 2wheel drive vehicles to access in the winter or in bad road conditions.

For a house built in 1875, Betty has maintained a lot of its authentic elements while incorporating modern day conveniences for guests. The bathroom is quite large for an older house. The kitchen may be somewhat small but had everything you may need including a dishwasher. We loved the nice patio and wall mural outside the bedroom. The convenience to the park and downtown Golden and bike trails can't be beat. It is our favorite place to stay in Golden and Betty makes sure you have what you need!

This magnificent house was a treasure to find for our family gathering in Colorado. The amenities included were astounding from a fully packed kitchen with everything you could need for cooking right down to napkins and paper towels. The bedrooms were beautifully furnished and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of clean bathrooms for all to use which were loaded with soaps and shampoos. Our family really enjoyed using the game room and gathering around the dining room table for dinners. We enjoyed the beautiful views while lounging in the hot tub after our workouts in the gym. It was very easy to get to and near lots of restaurants and stores. It is nicely situated to reach many points of interest in Colorado with a short 30 minute drive. Snow was removed promptly from the property after a storm. Loved access to a garage. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back for sure! Owners are quickly responsive to any questions that were sent.

Iveth and Raul were great and responsive hosts. The place was clean and comfortable. The location offers convenient access to both RMNP and Denver. Overall, had a very pleasant stay!
