The flat, for your exclusive use, consists of a kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need for cooking, a bathroom, a large bedroom and a passage room with a single bed. Outside you will have an exclusive space, for your privacy, of about 200 square metres equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, sun umbrella and a gazebo. All the spaces you can see in the photos are for your exclusive use, with the exception of the hammock area, at the back of the house, which is shared with the guests of the other flat. A ceiling fan is available in the flat for your comfort.

Another highlight is the 100 m2 terrace. and the BBQ, where you can have lunch and relax. The villa is completely independent and out of sight of prying eyes.
