Fabrizio's place is simply magical, a real hidden gem. The house is comfortable and tidy, the forest in which it is located is beautiful and private, despite being very easy to get there with a short walk. Fabrizio is a professional, kind and helpful person, in addition to welcoming us and showing us the accommodation in a complete way, dedicating time, he showed us hiking trails in Gran Sasso Park that we really appreciated. 5 stars easy!!

The house is very nice, characteristic and spacious. The garden with bbq is enjoyable and the house really has EVERYTHING you could need. We were 2 families and we always had at least 1 meal a day at home and we had everything we needed. Washer and dryer present. We went during Easter week, the village was uninhabited, but the house is in the Majella park and many trails start from there. In addition, the location is not bad because it is halfway between the L'Aquila area and that of Pescara. Clearly you have to get around by car, but you can easily reach many wonderful places. The nearest supermarket is about 15 minutes away, the restaurant 10 minutes. It was the vacation we wanted, for us it was beautiful!

Oliva's accommodation is extremely well-kept, cozy and equipped with everything. For us, a family with young children, it was perfect. A bedroom with books and games just like being at home. Olivia then made everything perfect with her kindness and attention. Thank you so much!

Amelia and Kevin were very discreet, but they were still in their place if we needed them. The house is wonderful, very nice, clean. There is everything, the kitchen is super equipped, very high quality pots, kitchen robots, glasses and glasses of all kinds. They left us fresh bread, milk, and other things. Also given the temperatures I had asked for fresh water when we arrived and we were satisfied. The rooms are all beautiful, very comfortable beds. The living room with the home teather is an added value. The beautiful infinity pool, lights that create an atmosphere. In short, the photos reflect the reality, on the contrary, being there is even better. If you need to get away from the chaos this place is for you... at night you can't hear a single noise. Thanks to Amalia and Kevin, always smiling and kind. I hope to be back!

Our stay (with 2 very young children) in this beautiful cottage was a real relief. Located in an idyllic setting, the location exudes tranquility and nature. The house itself was brand clean and taken care of to the last detail. Lamberto's hospitality was top - from the moment of arrival to departure, we felt more than welcome. The house was also equipped with every comfort, even toys for the children were thought of. The village itself is very quiet, almost deserted, but precisely because of that you will experience an unprecedented silence and relaxation here. It is a great base for all kinds of beautiful excursions in the area. Finally, there is a charming, authentic restaurant in the village (Parkkeller). The food is delicious and the atmosphere cozy, perfect for a cozy dinner after a day of adventure.

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. It was wonderful to experience the beautiful town of Capestrano. The home was charming, cozy and comfortable and so romantic! Easy drives to Sulmona, L'aquila and Pescara.

A wonderful and magical place for those who love peace and nature. The house is comfortable and spacious, decorated with love and creativity. Gaetano himself is very friendly and helpful, he welcomed us very nicely. The house has everything you need. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely return. I highly recommend it!

If you want to experience comfortable and modern accommodations in the heart of a crumbling, centuries-old village in one of the less touristed parts of Italy, then this is a perfect location. The apartment is on the lower level, so there is less natural light, but it is clean and full of modern amenities. It is small but easily accommodated two couples. The apartment is a minute or two walk from the local bar. There are not really any shops or restaurants in the village, but a 15 minute walk to the base of the town, down a street lined with tall cypress trees will bring you to the village bakery which also stocks a few other food items. Ofena was significantly damaged in the 2009 earthquake that devastated the nearby city of L’Aquila, so many of the buildings are damaged and a considerable amount of restoration is underway resulting in some areas being closed off and a fair bit of noisy construction when we were there.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment. The location is perfect, a few meters from the beach of Scerne di Roseto, ideal for those who love to wake up with the scent of the sea and reach the beach in a few minutes. The apartment is extremely clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is fully equipped and the spaces are comfortable and welcoming. Roberto was very kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for those looking for tranquility, comfort and the beauty of the Adriatic Sea at your fingertips. Thank you very much, Roberto!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Melarancino with Nala, our 5-month-old dog. The house has everything you need as well as an outdoor space that's great for the dog. Alessio was a very kind and helpful host: he allowed us to arrive before the standard check-in time and stay even after the check-out time. The house is also very close to L'Aquila and Campo Felice.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Domenico has been a great host. Always present but never in the way. The apartment is located in a super quiet location, you'll be greeted every morning with a beautiful view of the mountain and the sounds of nature. There aren't many amenities at walkable distance but in 15 minutes by car you have a lot available. I would go back

Our stay at il Gufo Azzurro was great! The apartment was comfortable and had absolutely EVERYTHING one might need, including plenty of welcome gifts to get started (plenty for many breakfasts and also a dinner!). Such a convenient location - so close to the Centro Storico to walk to everything in town, but with a garage for our rental car for our adventures further afield. Lovely view over the town from the balcony. Some street noise on the balcony, but hardly noticed any noise when inside. Franca and Nello were very quick to respond with any questions we had, as well as for arranging check-in. We'll stay here again!

Giovanni is one of the nicest and most caring hosts I’ve ever encountered through my nearly 10 years of using Airbnb. He was caring, proactive, shared amazing information to help us get to the location. He checked in on us and gave us lots of information regarding local restaurants and grocery store (it’s small - has essentials). We can’t recommend him and the location enough. It was beautiful and peaceful.

Exactly as described, Lucia's accommodation is perfect in both summer and winter, a stone's throw from the services of Pian De' Valli and the ski lifts. We found everything in order and very clean.
