Our villa is close to Tagliacozzo, a medieval town an hour from Rome. Surrounded by woods this, 18th century villa is divided into 4 homes and has large grounds and a private pool providing plenty of space for children to play. The available home has its own entrance. The living room and fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher) are on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. There is a full bathroom on each floor. Available shared washing machine in the common area.

Country House Villa Gigina

Villa Gigina sorge su un terreno di 1000 mq che appartiene alla mia famiglia da generazioni. Ricostruita dopo il terremoto, attualmente la struttura ospita, oltre alla country house, due appartamenti e un laboratorio di ebanisteria e scultura lignea. E' arredata in stile decisamente country, con particolare riferimento al periodo che va dai favolosi anni '20 agli anni '60. This property, located in a village called Villa Cupoli in Abruzzo, Italy is about 50 minutes drive from Pescara airport and about 20 minutes from the larger town of Penne.
