House vacation rentals in L'Aquila

Casa Martin is great for spending your time out of the chaos of the city.... Surrounded by greenery, far from urban streets and therefore with total absence of external noise, with ample green space around the house and fantastic views of the great stone and the entire area on its slopes. We stayed in 8 people for four days as if we were at home, spacious kitchen complete with everything from the oven to the dishwasher, the super working heaters did not make you feel the outside cold. The owner sent us everything there was to know about the house and how to manage it with a practical pdf that explained everything, including how to get to the house itself. Great experience... I recommend it!

Great experience with a group of friends for one night and then move on the slopes of Roccaraso for a day in the snow. Ideal accommodation also for those like us who had children in tow. Great communication with Marinella, always responsive to every emergency.

Welcoming warm host, location was tranquil snd picturesque, lovely welcoming village community. Freshly grown tomatoes on site and a fabulous outdoor pizza oven and barbecue area. The pool was lovely as was the outdoor shower. Highly recommend, will return soon. Thanks Massimo for let us stay at your wonderful home.

a beautiful vacation thanks to the hospitality and availability and generosity of Giusy and Valeriano the house is beautiful and in a unique location but what made the difference is having everything you need because Giusy and Valeriano opened their home to us as if we were longtime friends, we found a rich pantry with jams wine beer pasta and a vegetable garden with vegetables and fruit! they couldn't ask for more Thanks again. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and functional, even for those with small children (crib). Convenient to the main tourist sites in the area. The pool is an added value for the end of the day and/or for a relaxing afternoon in the Teramane hills. Highly recommended!

The experience at La Casa Dei Nonni was exceptional. First of all we had a difficult time leaving Rome and were much later than expected, not only was Giovanni helpful but also very understanding and happy to meet us regardless of the hour. Giovanni was always there to answer questions. The space was perfect for us and was so peaceful at night. The location was the perfect mix of rural and still very close to town to walk around and eat pastries. We could not be happier with our stay and we will be returning I hope soon

A great place to escape from the city chaos! The instructions provided by the host made it really simple to find the apartment. When we arrived, the heating was on, making the place warm and cozy. It was really thoughtful and we felt grateful!

My friends and I were guests of Roberto for two nights, a pleasant stay that met expectations. The area is very quiet and the house is spacious in the rooms and common spaces tidy and equipped with comfortable private bathrooms. We would have liked more clarity about the extra contribution to the kitchen but otherwise the stay was great, as did Roberto's availability.

5-star review We spent an unforgettable New Year's Eve night in a house that looked like it came out of a fairy tale, surrounded by snow in the wonderful village of Santo Stefano di Sessanio. A real treat, with attention to the smallest details, welcoming and perfectly inserted in the magical context of the village. The location was perfect for exploring two iconic places: Campo Imperatore and Rocca Calascio, where we did two days of spectacular hiking, surrounded by unspoiled nature and breathtaking views. Special praise goes to the host, very kind, professional and always available, who made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back and recommend this home to anyone who wants to live a unique experience among nature, history and relaxation.

Home Sweet Home! The hospitality was amazing from the start and the home was a storybook setting. What was also wonderful was how the home was setup. They thought about anything a guest could need. Everything was perfect. Tina and her parents were extremely friendly to us! They even lit the fireplace to create a magical and romantic atmosphere! Beautiful mountain views and a peace we haven't been able to find in a long time!

Paolo and his father Mariano are real treasures! So helpful, friendly and communicative. It made my holidays so nice. And the place is just great - peaceful, warm, authentic and quiet. If you searching for a moment of silence and nature - it is your choice.

The place is perfect for a visit to the area. A clean and comfortable little house, a full and very comfortable kitchen where we could cook. The village of Spedino is very quiet with views of the mountains. Great experience.

Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and even more! Reserved parking space in front of the entrance. A nice view from the terraces of the living room and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. The historic center is beautiful during the day, charming at night. You can quickly reach the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena etc.) but also the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady responds to messages immediately

Impeccable stay. Really a house that is small but well maintained and with all the necessary comforts. One slightly uncomfortable thing, but you get used to it, is the bathroom that is small for a person over 1.70m. For the rest, everything is really taken care of in detail. Easy to reach, convenient parking. Warm and well-structured apartment. Thanks to the host Serena who was really courteous, helpful and always responsive to every message. We'll definitely be back!
