My apartment is located at the gates of Sulmona's historic center, close to the municipal gardens. Although it is a few meters from the city course, it can be reached by car right up to the door and it is easy to find parking, both paid and free. The accommodation is on one level, on the 4th floor of a building without an elevator, consolidated in 2015 and renovated in 2024. It enjoys a magnificent panorama overlooking the Majella National Park and the municipal gardens.

Our stay in Goriano Valli was exceptional, thanks to Saskia, our amazing host. She arranged a delightful wine tour and got us a delicious lunch basket from the winery. Saskia even has homegrown saffron and truffles for sale! And I can't forget to add that the breakfast in the morning was amazing too. The place itself is spacious, well-equipped, clean, hot water, and was made extra special because it was the place where my family is from. The stunning surroundings and Saskia's hospitality made for an unforgettable five-star experience. It's a great place to just relax or go out in explore all the awesome outdoorsy activities in central Italy. Which are all included in the provided guide. I cannot speak highly enough of this place and the hospitality given. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful and spacious and comfortable room with bathroom in a villa with a very well-kept garden, impeccable and pleasant cleanliness and abundant breakfast. Friendly and accurate Enzo, who welcomed us and gave us tips on places to visit in a really beautiful Sulmona and very rich in quality musical events worthy of note and in the surroundings simply fabulous. We will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of staying at 'Benvenue' in Avezzano and I could not be more satisfied! The apartment is small and welcoming,very clean and relatively close to the Center. Perfect for relaxing after a day around. The hosts were super helpful and very kind, always ready to help and make the stay perfect. A place I highly recommend to those looking for an intimate and familiar environment in Avezzano. I'll definitely be back!

I had a nice stay at Pasquale's B&B. It is situated in a small and beautiful village on a hill with wonderful views. The rooms are very clean and charming and the host is a very friendly and welcoming person. Although there qas a small problem with a key i would come back for sure. Have a nice summer, Pasquale!

Wow. What can I say to do justice to the wonderful experience that I had here? First, the land itself is one of the most beautiful, unspoiled, and breathtaking in the world. You are surrounded by the snow-capped mountains, in a small village within a national park. Hiking trails abound, and there is so much to discover. Everywhere you go, you will see beauty. But most importantly are Stefano and Antonella (and of course Baronessa). They are historians (I bought one of their books!) with a deep love and knowledge of the area. In a land so remote and close to the earth, people must help one another. When you stay with Stefano and Antonella, they will make sure that you are taken care of. It is like gaining a family. In fact when I arrived Stefano made sure he was communicating with me always and as a result, when I got a little stuck (my fault) he picked me up right away and brought me to the B&B. Stefano and Antonella are kind and they know so much. Stefano took a part of his afternoon to show me how wine and olive oil are made and showed artifacts that he collected for his small museum. Diego and Maria at Diego’s pizza up the road in Carrufo will make Abruzzese meals for you. You will sit with them and eat and talk over wine, like you are with your family during a beautiful Sunday dinner. The B&B itself is a gorgeous apartment. Clean, connected with good Wifi, with a small terrace overlooking the snow-capped mountains. Antonella will bring you a beautiful breakfast. What an incredible value this place is. There are few places like this that are still left in the world. I came on a mission to recover my own family roots and I feel that I indeed left with an extended family. By all means go here and discover this for yourself. Whenever I return (and I will again many times) it will be to this beautiful place.
