Monthly Rentals in Laouti

It was a perfect stay at Villa Jean Alexandra. Michalis was very friendly, helpful and willing to help us with anything we needed. The place was exactly as it looked in the photos and in the description and covered all our needs. The sea is 1 minute walk and we could dive as often as we wanted or spend the day on the beach, where there is a beach- cafe that you can have your breakfast, as well as a nice restaurant with very good food. At the other end of the beach there is a beach bar with good music and service. Sun loungers and umbrellas for those who want to at the beach-café located just 1 minute walk, and the beach bar at the other end of the beach. The beach of Laouti is long and there is plenty of free space for those who want to spread their towel. The beach is sandy in and out of the sea and shallow ideal for young children. We'll definitely be back!!! Thank you so much Michalis!!!

It's been a great stay. The proximity to the beach is really nice! Clean, comfortable and as described. A small negative point about the sound system. You can hear the neighbors too much because it's poorly isolated. Otherwise everything was great!

I fell in love with this place and I will return. Elisabeta and Argyris are wonderful humans, welcoming, kind and full of attention, care and love for their place. They have very good taste! And they made me feel welcome like family. I enjoyed seeing them every day on the beach or around the property. Just a note the place is not remote, there are 2 other rental properties in the same settlement. The beautiful outdoor shower is shared with other guests who rent other spaces. The beach is in walking distance if you're a walker: takes 18 - 20 minutes and uphill on the way back.
