Cute little house, right in front of the sea! Very quiet, nestled in a peaceful hamlet. On the 1st floor, the bedroom and terrace have very nice views of the sea, volcanoes and salt flats! Downstairs there is a single bed and a sofa bed for 2 (see photos!). Several corners to sit for breakfast, aperitif, snacking, chatting or reading! And lots of information about the island! Villa Luna is enclosed in a beautiful private housing development called Playa Bastian, with several swimming pools, in a very quiet and privileged area of Costa Teguise. It is located at 50 meters from one of the beaches of the promenade. On walking distance to other beaches, plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and the village’s centre (Pueblo Marinero). Villa Luna is situated by the coast in the centre of the island, the perfect gateway to go visit Lanzarote.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.

With windows all all sides you will be immerse into Famara ocean and Famara cliff. Inside and outside merge in this loft bathed with light from dawn to sunset. The 360 views are exceptional from the inside and unique from the outside. Ideal to unwind, relax, be touched by nature and the elements. Very quiet and guarded area, in a magical and incomparable setting. We offer you the possibility to rent surfboards with information about the best spots for surfing, kitesurfing and wing foiling. And, if you wish, we can provide you with any kind of information about tourist attractions.

A two-minute walk to the town's main street and its services and a ten-minute walk to La Garita beach.

We set up our cozy apartment “Villa Aqua” with one thing in mind, to create a space we’d love to stay in; with a comfortable sofa, spacious bed, rainfall shower, fully stocked kitchen, relaxing decor and a private covered terrace along with all the basics you need (Salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar, body wash, shampoo…) and the not-so-basics such as beach chairs, mats, towels and umbrella.
