Nuevo apartamento en Puerto del Carmen, ubicado en un complejo muy tranquilo con piscina comunitaria con vistas al mar. Lo mejor de este apartamento es su terraza, dispone de cama redonda para tomar el sol, parrilla exterior para cocinar y una gran mesa para comer o trabajar con vistas al mar. En el interior dispone de salón con smart TV internacional, sofá muy confortable y una pequeña mesa de desayunos. La cocina está totalmente equipada: horno, microondas, frigorífico, sartenes y menaje.

It stands out for its very first beachfront (one of the doors opens directly onto the sand of the beautiful Los Pocillos beach). It also has a heated and private pool inside the complex. On the other hand, it has all the amenities (bars, restaurants, shops or supermarkets just 50 meters away) as another of the complex's doors is located on the same avenue in Puerto del Carmen.

Cosy and peaceful independent apartment, not part of a resort, well located in a residential part of Puerto del Carmen. It is only a 1 minute walk to the main avenue and the beach. You are staying in a quiet area surrounded by palm trees and vegetation. Restaurants, supermarket, shops and entertainment are located nearby. Small and bigger sand beaches are all within walking distance. Bus stops are around the corners as well.
