The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Terrasse, da könnte man auch locker die Zeit verbringen, wenn nicht so schöne Strände in der Nähe wären. :) Sehr empfehlenswert, gern wieder, tolle Gegend. Und besonders herzliche Gastgeber, da fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Danke dafür!

Der Aufenthalt bei Serenella war super. Das Appartement ist direkt am Meer gelegen und man genießt einen unglaublichen Sonnenaufgang. Die Kommunikation war sehr herzlich und Serenella war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen.

The apartment was wonderful. The rooms were large with very high ceilings. The kitchen was very well equipped with good quality equipment. Even the knives were sharp, a rare thing in an Airbnb. There is a small balcony overlooking a nice square which has a Sunday antiques market. At the corner of the square is the stop for a small train that takes you around Cagliari's main tourist spots which was a good introduction to the city. The apartment was very close to the train station and bus stops. We purchased a bus ticket from the building on the seaside of the bus stops and caught the number 8 bus to the muesum. The museum was very good. We then walked down through the old street of Cagliari past most of the main tourist locations of Cagliari back to the apartment. A very good apartment in a great location

We spent a week at Giuseppe’s place over Easter break. He greeted us to let us in and show the features and workings of the property. We thought the location was perfect and the kids loved the hot tub. 10-15 min walk to restaurants, groceries, and a few shops. Giuseppe was very responsive when we had several questions via messaging. The bathroom was newly renovated and the place has an updated feel while still maintaining the look of a nice Italian villa. The property was well equipped with basics plus some extras like some beach chairs, mats, toys, etc. The outdoor shower with hot water was very useful. We strongly recommend this place!

3 min walk from wonderful Poetto beach, and a bus stop to get easily into the city centre. Well appointed apartment in a quiet street. Wanted for nothing. Tatiana and Luca really are very good at this! Probably the best.

In dem Haus bei Sylvia waren wir sehr zufrieden.Die Wohnung im ersten Stock ist ziemlich hell, sauber, das Badenzimmer ist gross, eine Kochnische zum kleineren Kochen. Die Umgebung des Apartments ist ruhig , in der Naehe gibt es einen Strand sowie ein Geschaeft , die zu Fuss erreichba sind. Mit Auto sind viele wunderschoene Straende erreichbar . Sylvia ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin , sie interesiert sich fuer Klienten, reagiert sofort auf alle Fragen, es gibt kein Problem fuer sie, sie hat uns bei Vermietung des Autos geholfen und war auch sonst immer hilfsbereit. Wir empfehlen!!!

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

A great and peaceful experience! Ivo is a great host, communication with him is beyond excellent. The house is super clean, with a beautiful garden and the views are magnificent. There is a cool beach nearby and hiking paths. A decent supermarket ~30 min away by car. I highly recommend this place!

Wir waren 4 Wochen im Apartment. Ich habe dort auch gearbeitet. Das Internet war zu jeder Zeit schnell und stabil. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Viel Privatsphäre, kein Straßenlärm, keine direkten Nachbarn, nicht einsehbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, zweckmäßig mit viel Stauraum und die riesige Terrasse das Highlight. Parkplatz für das Auto war vorhanden, sehr sicher, Grundstück mit Zaun vorhanden. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein zweites Haus, mit den beiden Schwestern und dem Schwager, die bei Bedarf auch hilfsbereit sind und uns freundlich unterstützt haben. Die Kommunikation auch mit Tito hat jederzeit schnell funktioniert. Es gibt sogar einen direkten Strandzugang. Das Wasser dort ist sauber, es hatte am Strand jedoch Seegras (was es aber auch an anderen Stränden in Sardinien hatte). Es gibt fußläufig in 5 Minuten einen zweiten, großen Strand. Mit dem Auto 20 Minuten entfernt auch Traumstrände. Wir haben uns die 4 Wochen super wohl gefühlt!

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's house, which is nestled on a hill surrounded by bushes and rocks, offering a truly private retreat. The beautiful views from the property added to the overall charm of our experience. There is decent outdoor space for sunbathing, complete with an outdoor shower and a grill, making it perfect for enjoying the sunshine. The spacious driveway can easily accommodate several cars, which is a great convenience. The sandy and quiet beach is only about a 20-minute walk away, enhancing the location's appeal. A lovely touch was the bottle of wine left by the owner, along with a few snacks, coffee, and tea, which we could enjoy for breakfast since this was our first stop and we hadn’t had a chance to buy any food on the way. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, we did encounter a little issue with water pressure, which might be problematic if you’re looking to wash your hair. Overall, it was a lovely getaway in a serene setting.

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

If you want a peaceful and relaxed holiday then look no further. Philip was responsive in messaging and Cedric whom met us was lovely, helpful and made us feel so welcomed. It was everything we wanted. A nice simple place close to a beautiful beach without the hustle and bustle of tourists. There is a small supermarket close by with a cafe and restaurant too. A small village that had fresh fruit and veg, pizzeria, pharmacy and post office. The house itself was perfect- 2 adults & 4 kids. It was peaceful and really did feel like a home away from home. I hope one day we can return.

Sehr schönes Haus, direkt am Strand! Das Haus ist eher einfach ausgestattet, aber mit allem, was man braucht (Kaffeekocher, Gefrierfach,...). Das klare Highlight ist definitiv die Lage: Von der Terrasse bzw. auch aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster schaut man direkt aufs Meer. Von da sind es dann auch nur ein paar Schritte bis ins Wasser - herrlich! Auch sehr praktisch ist die abgezäunte Außendusche nach dem Baden. Federica hat immer schnell geantwortet, sodass wir uns gut betreut gefühlt haben. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genoßen! Unser Tipp für die Anreisen: Wir empfehlen vom Flughafen Cagliari mit dem Auto unbedingt die Route über die Küstenstraße und nicht durchs Gebirge zu nehmen (das ist nämlich extrem kurvig, wie wir feststellen mussten ^^). Außerdem ist die Straße auf den letzten Metern zum Haus nicht befestigt. Da lohnt sich wahrscheinlich ein ein bisschen geländefähigeres Auto, wenn man eins mietet (wobei wir es auch mit einem Fiat Panda gemeistert haben).

What an amazing location with gorgeous view overlooking the town. The apartment had evening we needed including beach umbrella and a cool bag. Magarita gave lots of recommendations and communicated well. I will say that check-in could have been slightly clearer. We did arrive at 11pm in the middle of a massive storm which didn’t help. But perhaps some arrows on the images shared pointing towards key parts of the images? We were not given an apartment number or anything, only an apartment floor but Magarita replied very quickly when we asked. I am not sure if there was meant to be a number or name on the apartment door (and it had been accidentally removed??) but there was nothing on the door to indicate it was the right one! I will also say that the bed was quite hard and were given 1 flat pillow each. My neck and back hurt most mornings. I understand that this is down to preference though!

Wir haben mit unseren beiden Kindern fünf Tage in Christians Unterkunft verbracht. Die Kommunikation verlief von Anfang an reibungslos, und er war stets erreichbar für alle unsere Fragen. Die am Hang gelegene Anlage war jetzt Ende Oktober extrem ruhig und wir hatten den traumhaft schönen Privatstrand beinahe für uns. Der Strand ist ein fantastischer Kilometer langer, weißer Sandstrand, den man in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Eine Strandbar ist in der Nähe und verschiedene Restaurants und ein Supermarkt ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für alles, die Unterkunft ist in jedem Fall sehr zu empfehlen.

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

Wunderschön eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man zum Wohlfühlen braucht (inclusive Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Tee, Handtuch, Schwamm, Spüli etc). Unglaublich schöner Ausblick auf die Bucht, herrliche Dachterrasse. In der Umgebung tolle Wanderungen in Traumbuchten (wahlweise auch mit dem Boot), diverse Restaurants in Fussnähe. Sehr netter Kontakt zu Eva, viele nützliche Tipps in der Wohnung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Ottimo appartamento per familgie o coppie di amici: 3 stanze due bagni. Appartamento pulito e con parcheggio. Utile per chi vuole utilizzare Cagliari come base per poi visitare i dintorni. Soggiorno molto piacevole. Host preciso e puntuale nelle risposte.

Silvia è stata una buona Host, ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare per un self check-in in tarda serata. L’ alloggio assolutamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione, a due passi dal lungomare del Poetto.

Appartement idéal pour un couple. Très bien placé avec vue sur la mer depuis le balcon et les fenêtres. Tout est facile d’accès à Cala Gonone, mais encore plus quand on séjourne dans l’appartement de Daniela !
