Marta is very hospitable, and the house is very convenient for its proximity to the sea, services and suitable for family stays. I mention in particular the outdoor shower with drain and direct access to the bathroom, very convenient!

The house is very well done on the ground floor with three bedrooms. The kitchen has all the equipment needed to cook. Air conditioning works great. The garden is very well facing south with a terrace in the shade. Very useful amenities to put in the trunk as soon as you arrive, small umbrella beach chair and beach linen. To take a dip at the first opportunity. The advantage of the house is Daniela the owner who received us with a basket of local products and all the everyday products set up in the house. Responsive to every question for a restaurant a beach one place to visit. Daniela is really good advice. The house is located 25 minutes from Cagliari center from the beautiful beach of Villasimius. You will find a small village with bakery and shop 5 mins away. The first beaches with shower equipment, toilet bar, is 10 minutes from the house. We had a lovely stay .

My family, friends, and I stayed at Laura’s place for 9 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. We felt at home right after we arrived. The house is very well-equipped, with private parking, a huge garden, and multiple outdoor seating areas. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful beach of Costa Rei. The host was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations. I hope to return to this place in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful place. We especially loved the terrace with beautiful sea views and the outdoor shower. The accommodation offers everything you need and was clean and well maintained. In the immediate vicinity you will find the most beautiful coves and beaches, simply fantastic. Guiseppe and Marcella are great hosts who take great care of their guests and their wishes. We received fruit and vegetables from your garden, every lack of need was met immediately. They are always reachable and respond very quickly. The house is very, very well appointed. There are mosquito nets and shutters at every window, so you can move freely throughout the spacious house without being bothered by the mosquitoes. The bathrooms are modernly equipped and the beds are sleeping very well. Each room has an air conditioning system, which can be used in the greatest heat and cools down perfectly. The location is elevated in the bay of Quartu and quiet with beautiful views of the beach 'Poetto'. By car, you can reach 'Pitz e Serra' in 3 minutes (just down the road) where there are plenty of shopping opportunities for everyday needs. By car you can drive 5 minutes to the beach. We will be back, it was all all great!

We loved to stay at Valéria's house ! it's really beautiful, with a great garden and very spacious for a family. The house is vert well-equipped, and Valéria is such a nice person, who gives plenty informations about the things to do around, and does all that she can to satisfy you. We recommand!!!

The house is by the beach … perfect 🤩 The marina di Tertenia is very quiet and the mountain views are beautiful . We had no neighbors in both houses next to ours , everything was very quiet ( late October - out of season) . There is a large flowered garden and beautiful terrace with beautiful mountain views. It is possible to take walks and access small coves from Tesonis , a stone's throw from the house . The location for the car is perfect and secure. The house is functional and well-equipped . Communication with the host was very easy , fast. We received a little attention upon arrival .

The house was clean and beautifully renovated, boasting modern amenities while maintaining a traditional feel. It was very quiet and relaxing, conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. One of my favorite aspects was enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony while watching the sunrise. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to all of our questions and requests. It is important for future guests to know that the house is shared. During our stay, the lower level of the house was booked by other guests. We had access to the ground level and the second level of the house and we occasionally met the other guests in the garden area.

Very nice, modern and large house. It was all very clean. The kitchen is partly a little sparsely furnished but okay. The garden and seating area is rather small, but practical. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of town and close to the sea. Marco is responsive and stationed right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

A lovely villa with beautiful views and very convenient for all the activities available in the area. Plenty of space both inside and outside the house and kept beautifully clean. WiFi worked well and pool table a bonus. The swimming pool was very cold which discouraged some swimmers and the villa is close to the Dorgali/Oliena road. Salvatore and Adriana were very helpful and welcoming and kindly provided some local produce. This is a lovely area to visit especially if you like a variety of outdoor activities.

A little gem away from the tourist crowds…. This is a lovely, rural house, tastefully renovated just a few km from the small village of Olia Speciosa. The ground floor offers a very well equipped kitchen & dining area, with a large, partly closed (top-to-down glass is easily removable and can be completely open in summer) terrace which offers a beautiful view over the garden. There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor and another one in an annexe (on the back of the house with a separate entry and it’s own on suite shower & toilet). All spaces are air conditioned, TV and high speed internet are also available as well as a large bbq in the garden. This is a wonderful place for people who enjoy staying a little away from the noise and tourist crowds yet close enough to the beach (there a plenty of nice beaches just 10km from the house). We loved the calmness and tranquility and our children enjoyed playing in the garden.

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

We enjoyed our stay at Manuels place. We were there out of season so some local restaurants were closed and the weather wasn’t great, but we found the accommodation to be comfortable, nicely decorated and provided everything we needed. The location opposite the beach was the highlight for us. A great stay all round. Thank you!

We spent a dream week at Villa MaVi. The hospitality is both professional and warm. The owners are available and adorable. We felt like we were staying with friends, if not at home!The house very spacious, with all the amenities you need, the exceptional garden with the pool, the barbecue and small seating areas. The best place to be for a relaxing holiday! We recommend it and will come back volontier if we return to the area.

Antonio was an incredible host and came to welcome us when we arrived. The house is well placed to give you access to the beach and restaurants. The kids loved the pool and were able to place around the house on the lawn. We can't wait to come back and send more time . It was a flying visit for us as we had wedding.

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌

The place was beautifully located with an amazing and relaxing view, even with a busy road. Hosts were every friendly and responsive. Wi-Fi is not great and small dogs are a bit aggressive. Overall we would recommend this and come back.

Beautiful house with pool . Everything very clean and maintained . Matteo received us personally very kindly . He had many tips tied up in a folder. Matteo was always reachable . The beach is 10 minutes away from the property . Great restaurants and shopping within walking distance . We did many excursions by car - fantastic . We can only recommend this house. You're just comfortable here. Many thanks to Matteo and his family for this dream vacation . Would love to come back next week if the path wasn't too far 😊

We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable. On arrival, we shopped in a supermarket on the way from the airport. This was not necessary, because the necessary for dinner and breakfast was already waiting for us in the house. The house was fully equipped and we only missed a bread knife 😉
