I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Very nice place to stay, right on the sea, large, wild garden, lots of nature.

The property is in the historic center, a traditional stone house completely renovated preserving traditional materials. It is a nice studio apartment with a kitchenette and bathroom, furnished with care , next to the patron saint's house. At the edge of Sadali's forest, near the stream. A place suitable for those looking for tranquility, nature and silence. Elisabetta was a great host who gave us tips for restaurants and activities in the area. You can usually find a parking space near the house.

Very well equipped and spacious apartment in a quiet location. Bathrooms were very modern and especially in the kitchen there were plenty of dishes etc. Sandro and Carmen were always available when we had questions. All in all highly recommended.

I would not only give this place 5, but preferably 10 stars – because everything was really perfect here! The apartment is ultra-modern, sparkling clean and has a beautiful roof terrace. The location is central, so you can easily walk to everything. The host was extremely friendly, welcomed us warmly, provided us with many great tips and was always available for questions. I will definitely be happy to return! If Sardinia, then definitely this place.

Beautiful and clean apartment with everything you need, exactly as described. We felt at home and would come back any time. Supermarket right around the corner so really recommended. Parking right outside the door. Beautiful covered veranda. The surrounding area is also beautiful, there is a really long sandy beach 5 minutes away by car, which borders on a pine forest. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Arbatax is really cozy and if you want more, you just drive around the corner to Tortoli. Hostess is very friendly, helpful and available at any time. Thanks again for everything!

Everything about it was great! Starting with Daniela, she was super attentive and nice... the self check in was super simple and well instructed. The house is beautiful!! Well equipped kitchen, Daniela even left some oil and and coffee which was super helpful. Spacious lounge are that has a TV so we could watch movies at night :) Super comfy bed and loved the balcony, from where you can see the mountains in one side and the sea on the other side. Also, 2 minutes walk to the sea and a supermarket right in front!! 10/10 to Daniela's house!

We had a great time, the owners make you feel at home and are very kind. The house is really nice and spacious, very clean and close to many areas of interest (beaches, restaurants, etc.) We will definitely be back.

We had a great week at the accommodation. It is very nice and large enough for a family with two children. The terrace is lovely. The accommodation is located on a quiet street with parking space. You have to take the car for all activities, the surroundings are not suitable for walking. The Gulf of Orosei from Arbatax is splendid! We also recommend Lido di Orri beach, beautiful!

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

Giampaulo and Christina are very kind and accommodating and we felt like we were at home albeit on holidays. Their little touches in their apartment were appreciated. Loved our stay and it was very sad to leave this convenient, well located apartment.

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

Typical Italian cottage from the past with authentic elements and cool courtyard. Perfect base to discover the region, especially if you like the mountains.

Wonderful 1 month vacation in Tortoli. "Countryside" atmosphere by the sea. Everything was perfect! White sand beaches, crystal clear waters, few people. Good trattorias, excellent ice cream and pizzerias (very cheap) right at the house. Beautiful nuragic sites a few kilometers away. Stefano's place is very nice (and even nicer even in the pictures). The rooms are large and everything is very well maintained, inside and out. Everything is designed to make everyday life easier. Stefano and his parents take great care to make you feel as good as possible. A sweet family! GRAZIE MILLE!!!

Great stay! Very quiet and comfortable place. Cool and dark bedroom, so you can completely relax. Pool also very pleasant! In addition, received good tips from our host for nearby restaurants, Mullò was our favorite! The host responds super quickly and halfway through our week we were also able to renew our towels. Can only say positive things Ritas B&B in the small town of Loceri. My husband, our little son, and I stayed with Rita for a week. She's really made something of the place. There is a super nice and sheltered seating area outside the apartment, with lots of plants, fruit trees and colors. The pool area feels like a small oasis with grapevines and olive trees around it. Rita pays attention to the details and you can tell. It's even nicer than the pictures on Airbnb. The apartment itself has everything you need and Rita makes sure it is clean and inviting. What a great spot and a wonderful host. The property towers over Tortoli with views of the valley and the mountains all around. Rita and her husband are very nice and warm hosts. The stay with you was very nice and relaxed. The whole property is like a small paradise with many fruit trees and you can see that a lot of love is put into everything. I am glad I chose Rita's place and can really only recommend it. It certainly wasn't the last time I stayed with her.

Gianfranco was an excellent host! Very clear information, very nice stay. We loved the room and the garden/swimming pool. I would definitely recommend!
