Great place, less than 5 minute walk to the Porto Frailis beach. You can see the beach as soon as you leave the place. Very spacious house, we had our own parking spot, and nice garden at the entrance. Very recommended!

Pierpaolo is a wonderful host. We spent a fantastic week at his house with our two small children. Although we didn't meet him in person, everything was perfectly organized. There was no issue when we arrived later than expected. Pierpaolo gave us clear instructions on how to enter the house, and a welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us in the fridge! The house had all the necessary amenities and even more than we expected. Pierpaolo even asked if we needed a changing table for our 4-month-old, as he could easily provide one for us. I highly recommend staying here! The area is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. It's about an 8-minute walk to the beach, just as described in the offer. Along the way, there's a small shop with a restaurant offering very good and affordable food. There's also a restaurant with a bar on the beach. For sure, to get around this area or do some shopping, you would need a car. Thank you Pierpaolo for hosting us :)

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment - the checkin with Marta’s aunt was super friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and well equipped. We would love to come back and strongly recommend traveling there!

Very nice place, lovely beaches with great eateries. Bring swimming shoes! There is only 1 stone-free beach, but never too difficult in terms of stones. The night boat from Genoa to Sardinia and back: not to cut back! Again; Sardinia is large, but within a radius of 60 km you see a lot. Enjoy the beach and eat locally. Ivo always helps, fast and good.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Santa Maria Navarrese. Loredana's apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood only about 5 min walk from the beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment is very tastefully decorated, very cozy and sparkling clean. Everything is brand new. The summer heat at noon can be perfectly escaped through the A/C in all rooms. From cozy beds to a fully equipped kitchen, everything is perfect. But on an Airbnb rental, the most important thing last!!........ that's of course the hostess :-). Loredana!! She is a fantastic host...!! We had caused damage in the kitchen... how confident and warm she reacted was already extraordinary ... Grazie Loredana

This place was just great for our weekly stay in Santa Maria Navarese, kids really loved this small spot upstairs from living room. Minimalistic and unified design makes the apartment kind of unique. This shelf in the living room was really great for working and have coffee or beer on the terrace with see view was always nice. Of course there are some cones, but not major ones. Bathroom seems to be fairy older than the appartment - my rating 3/5. Internet speed is ok for work just in the morning (20/10Mbps). In the evenings it was so slow, that I rather used 5G (Windtre operator) with good speed.

The property is very well equipped and appealing. The terrace is large and offers plenty of space to be outside even in the rain (we were there in October). There are many other vacation homes around, but in October there was almost nothing going on. However, another settlement is being built nearby, so we had construction site noise on some days. Of course, this will change when the work is completed. Since we were out and about a lot, or at the nearby beach, it wasn't that bad. The beach is 500 m away and really nice, fine sand, goes in flat: good with children. There's also a bar-restaurant on the beach, great! A few meters from the house there is a small shop with the essentials. Very helpful. The nearest, also rather small, supermarket is 5 minutes away by car. We had a lovely stay and would come back. Marco's apartment/house is very nicely located on the upper slope, is equipped with a wraparound terrace and has a great view. It was all very clean as well as well and newly furnished. The area around the pool is also very nice, which we liked to use. We also found it very nice that the beach was within walking distance. This allows you to go to the beach again in the evening, which offers a very nice atmosphere and atmosphere. Overall, Marco's place is a nice base for a successful family vacation! However, you should know that the accommodation is the upper floor of a two-story house, of which the lower is also inhabited. The entrances are separate, but you are not alone in the accommodation. We were not aware of this fact from the description and we probably wouldn't have rented it then. But it was still a nice week and we can definitely recommend the place.

Homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine to welcome you. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea views and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with a large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything was okay. We enjoyed the time fully. If you're looking for tourist crowds, you'll certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Our family of five had a fantastic stay at this holiday villa in Sardinia. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a washing machine, fridge freezer, air conditioning, and a variety of utensils, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient. The villa was incredibly quiet and relaxing, providing the perfect getaway atmosphere. One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach and the Shardan café/restaurant, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful coastline and local cuisine. Additionally, Domenica was always just a text message away, ready to offer any help or advice we needed, which was a great comfort. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-appointed holiday spot in Sardinia.

Great appartement where my wife, our 1,5y old daughter and I stayed for 4 nights. The pool is great and the apartment as advertised. Very well equipped. Dominique was very responsive and helpful. A fantastic place to relax and go to the beach. Don't expect too much of the area in terms of things to do. It is beautiful but very quiet. Overall a great stay!

Four of us enjoyed our family vacation. The pool and view were fantastic. In addition, we were able to use a tennis court and football field. Everything was available in the house and very comfortably furnished. A stone beach was within walking distance, but with small children, it was challenging to swim. For the nearest sandy beach we each took the car (5 minutes). This one was beautiful and practical. Check in and check out were very flexible and hassle-free. Gladly again, thank you for a pleasant stay.

Excellent stay for a very relaxing 11day holiday with 2 children. Place perfect for the children with additional amenities like night lights which was great. Pool shared with 4 other villas but only 1 other villa occupied and practically had to ourselves. The View from the garden and pool was stunning, better than the pictures! Very clean and comfortable villa with air con, great outdoor space, walking distance to the sandy beach (with children age 5 and 3 15-20mins). Beach was perfect for children. Rocky beach 5minutes from the villa but the sandy beach was much better. Fully equipped kitchen and excellent outdoor BBQ space (we bought our children’s plastic plates/cups after asking Valentina). Surprised no wifi available and the phone signal was quite intermittent. Valentina was very friendly, proactive, answered questions straight away and had great recommendations. It is a beautiful place, we loved the week we spent there. Modern, well equipped, well cleaned and maintained. I appreciated the modern kitchen and adjustable blinds and mosquito nets built in the windows. Got many good tips on what to do around and found it easy to communicate with everyone.

Tito's place was positioned right on a beach, close to lots of beautiful spots for swimming and hiking. We went in November so we unfortunately a lot of restaurants were closed but we made use of the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

The flat has direct access to the beach and a nice terrace for eating. Giuseppina offered us wine, olive oil and fruits to welcome us. The nearby airport is currently not in operation

We spent one week with our two dogs at Alessandras gorgeous Beach House. The house is situated in a quiet part of the east coast with amazing beaches and beautiful mountains. The house was exactly as pictured and provided everything we needed and even more. There are plenty of deck chairs, tables and chairs on the porches, so you can always find a spot in the shade or in the sun. Our dogs enjoyed the garden which is fenced so they could run free on the property. There is even an ocean kajak for you to use. Just one minute from the house is a long sandy beach with a nice beach bar at the other end of the beach and another beach with small cliffs perfect for snorkeling one minute in the other direction. A little shop with bread and some groceries is within walking distance. Alessandra was the perfect host, very friendly and always reachable but still left us all the privacy needed. She gave us great advice for trips around the area including Cala Goloritzé. 100% Satisfaction! Grazie Alex

We are both in our early 60s and enjoyed the tranquility, surroundings, proximity to the sea and the cozy cottage immensely. The amenities inside and outside were just outstanding. Large refrigerator, freezer, super kitchen, bathroom and also the outdoor shower....everything wonderful. When we ran out of gas, a new gas bottle was connected within just one hour and we had hot water again. Communication was simply excellent. Finding the property was a bit adventurous but lastly, it was easy. The beach was very close and also reachable in less than 10 minutes with my new knee joint. We have rarely felt so comfortable and will be happy to come back. However, if you are looking for action and many bars and the like, you are in the wrong place. Antonello's house is really very nice, equipped with everything but really everything and above all very clean. Communication with him has always been clear and has always answered any questions. The only thing I give one less star is the area because in the coral port there is very little and you have to get around either in Villaputzu or Muravera . However, the house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Thank you Antonello
