Villa vacation rentals in Lanusei

The house is cute, very close to the beach and a small supermarket. The outdoor shower was a kif every night after the beach. Nickel amenities. Filippo was very responsive when we needed his help. But a small downside to the fidelity of the listing. At the time of our rental it is written that it is away, quiet, and that the only noise we hear in the morning is that of the birds. However the house is 2 meters from the road which is very busy and where it runs strong, from morning to late at night, and opposite is a plot on which a night market with entertainment, music until after midnight (last week of August). So disappointment for us who live in the city and had the criteria for this vacation to be in quiet accommodations. However we had a nice stay and the house was perfect, just not quiet.

Clean, pleasant and quite adequate accommodation for a group of 7/8 people. However, the balcony on the 1st floor is not very pleasant because of the net from floor to ceiling. Too bad. Lack of cooking equipment. But the owners are very welcoming and customer service oriented. We are delighted with our stay.

We had a fantastic stay! First and foremost, the house is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The place was perfect – the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was spot on, close to beautiful beaches and great hiking spots. Catia, who welcomed us, was amazing – super friendly, full of helpful tips, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks for having us!

A very beautiful house located close to nature and beaches. Ideal for a relaxing family holiday. Shop close by for everything you need. Stunning Foxi manna beach which we visited a lot of times. Antonio was a very welcoming host.

The house is spacious, airy and equipped. The outdoor shower is super comfortable back from the beach. The sea is perfect for children: sand and low water for a long stretch. Recommended!

We had a lovely few days staying at this secluded and characterful house situated on a hillside with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Oliena is walkable from the accommodation and there are some beautiful and challenging walks to do in the area. The Sardinian culture is very much alive here and we enjoyed exploring the local cuisine and culture. A very enjoyable few days.

One of our favourite and most relaxing holidays ever! Edoardo was helpful and communicated promptly before and during our stay. We loved Calla Gonone, a perfect town for a self catering beach holiday. It was fantastic being right on the sea front and having a view of the beautiful beach and coast. Everything we needed was close by - beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. We took a boat trip to the beautiful beach at Calla Luna, which should not be missed. The ice cream shop next door sold the most delicious ice cream. The property is above a restaurant which concerned us slightly before we arrived. Edoardo re-assured us that this would not be a problem. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be for someone who wants complete peace and quiet as the restaurant closed at midnight and music played until then. We loved being in a busy part of town watching what was going on while we relaxed, ate dinner etc. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen and towels are of a high standard. Thank you for a brilliant holiday.

Very nice, modern and large house. It was all very clean. The kitchen is partly a little sparsely furnished but okay. The garden and seating area is rather small, but practical. The location is quiet, on the outskirts of town and close to the sea. Marco is responsive and stationed right across the street. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

My family, friends, and I stayed at Laura’s place for 9 nights, and it exceeded our expectations. We felt at home right after we arrived. The house is very well-equipped, with private parking, a huge garden, and multiple outdoor seating areas. It’s just a 3-minute walk to the beautiful beach of Costa Rei. The host was very responsive and provided helpful recommendations. I hope to return to this place in the future. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant week in this big and beautiful home. We were in 9 people and we appreciated the large interior spaces where everyone could have a bit of privacy, but above all we enjoyed the outdoor space with the barbecue that allowed us to have great dinners all together. The house is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful sea of Cala Gonone and you can also use a convenient shuttle service.

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. An ideal host and a stunning home with magical views of the ocean and the bucolic Sardinian countryside, only a few blocks away from a private local beach. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

A little gem away from the tourist crowds…. This is a lovely, rural house, tastefully renovated just a few km from the small village of Olia Speciosa. The ground floor offers a very well equipped kitchen & dining area, with a large, partly closed (top-to-down glass is easily removable and can be completely open in summer) terrace which offers a beautiful view over the garden. There are two spacious bedrooms on the first floor and another one in an annexe (on the back of the house with a separate entry and it’s own on suite shower & toilet). All spaces are air conditioned, TV and high speed internet are also available as well as a large bbq in the garden. This is a wonderful place for people who enjoy staying a little away from the noise and tourist crowds yet close enough to the beach (there a plenty of nice beaches just 10km from the house). We loved the calmness and tranquility and our children enjoyed playing in the garden.

We had a great week in this great house. The accommodation is beautiful (faithful to the photos), clean, very functional. It is perfectly equipped. The exterior is very beautiful, very well maintained. And the pool… superb (and heated!). Stefano is very friendly and very responsive, he responds immediately to any questions and sincerely cares about the well-being of his tenants. Antonio was a great host and had a beautiful home. His service and hospitality went above all expectations. Would definitely stay here again if I were to ever visit Arbatax in the future. He even went out of his way to give us a ride home from the beach one day as well as sent us tons of great recommendations. AC worked wonderfully for anyone concerned about that feature.

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

We had a very nice week at Casa da Maurizio! The accommodation is really fantastic and very well maintained. He was always ready to help us with any questions and had great tips for the surrounding area! Communication was always fast and very friendly. We'd love to come back!

The villa was beautiful and very spacious, the photos don’t do it justice, everything is very clean and well maintained including the pool. Great superking bed! Hosts were very friendly despite the language barrier, they even brought us some home made wine one evening when we were enjoying our dinner on the terrace which was excellent. The wifi is poor so if you are relying on internet/ working from home you will struggle, we had very little signal. Wouldn’t recommend if you are scared/ nervous of dogs, there are 4 chihuahuas, one is very friendly- they didn’t bother us as we are dog lovers but if you’re not a dog lover it’s best to be prepared. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

We had a great holiday and felt very comfortable. On arrival, we shopped in a supermarket on the way from the airport. This was not necessary, because the necessary for dinner and breakfast was already waiting for us in the house. The house was fully equipped and we only missed a bread knife 😉
