My house is located 50 m from the ancient Saracen tower that overlooks the crystal clear waters that characterize the entire coast ; a few meters away there is a playground built among the beautiful centuries-old olive trees, several restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, shops , ATM and beach... My house is suitable for couples looking for some tranquility , solo adventurers who love nature , business travelers and families (with children). The house is also a ten-minute drive from Baunei for those who want to practice climbing and hiking in the beautiful mountains .

Mariano is such a great host, super friendly and welcoming! Very attentive host which enjoys sharing the beauty of his home town with his guests. Mariano gave us the best recommendations, thank you so much. Gala Goloritze was our favorite! He even helped us to make reservations to enjoy this place :) Parking is right there and shaded by the building, which was nice. The apartment has a nice balcony to enjoy the afternoons/evening with a little view of the sea. The air conditioning works great. Really close and convenient to town, shops and restaurants, even the supermarket- just a short walk. Also beautiful beach about 2 min by car, or 10 min walk.

What an incredible view from the terrace! We loved the home and our stay there. We enjoyed all of our meals out in the terrace and were able to explore nearby restaurants as well. Although we went in an off-season, we were lucky to find some restaurants open. Grocery stores are not very close by but the host was thoughtful enough to ask and remind us before we checked in. A very relaxing stay. Joanne was prompt in responding to our questions and very friendly. The access to the beach from the home is also great. Thank you for everything Joanne. We had such a wonderful stay. We would love to come back again.

We had a perfect vacation in Marco's house. Everything matched the descriptions and photos in the listing. The house is situated in a beautiful garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen with Weber grill and separate laundry room. The kitchen is superbly equipped, the mattresses in the bed very comfortable! We were able to have all meals on the beautiful, quiet terrace. Very good starting point for excursions to the south of Sardinia! The beautiful beach can be reached within 1 minute and allows long walks on the beach. Marco is a very accommodating, helpful host who always responded within a few minutes. We will be happy to come back !!

The apartment “Via col vento” is one of three residential units in Julia's house, with a common courtyard. The apartment consists of a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace. It is exceptionally well planned, comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. Julia is an attentive and hospitable host who responded kindly and quickly to all our requests and was also happy to provide additional household items. She greeted us personally on the first day, even though our plane was delayed, and kindly adjusted the check-out time to our needs. The rest is exactly as described in the exposé and in the comments of other guests. We recommend the house and the owner without reservation and would love to come back.

A big favorite for Gina's house! It is full of charm, atypical as we like, very well located (close to the most beautiful beaches on the island and the mountain! ), very well equipped (especially in the kitchen! Happiness for those who love to cook!). We loved using the grill and terrace! Despite the lack of air conditioning, we were not warm even in the middle of August. Gina is extremely kind and welcomed us very warmly! We felt right at home! Thank you very much Gina! We'll be happy to come back! 😊

Lovely accommodation in cozy village that is a perfect base for excursions in the area. Cozy balcony from the master bedroom overlooking the green area. Many good rooms in the apartment and very well functioning cooling system. The area is amazingly beautiful with nice hiking trails and a wonderful nature. We highly recommend renting a boat and exploring the nature area north. To the south there are many nice beaches. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.

Charming and authentic accommodation with large terrace. Finally, not a sober rental apartment, but as if you were staying with a dear aunt - flower towels, succulents on the terrace and fully equipped kitchen included <3 There is also free parking in front of the house. And beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance.
