What a five star cottage, spotless, everything you could need. A wonderful location, easy links to Lincoln. Good food in the village used both Greek2me and Chinese takeaways as well as eating in The Plough. All within walking distance of the cottage. If you do nothing else when here visit Lincoln Cathedral what a beautiful building. When we come to Lincolnshire again and we will, still lots to see this cottage is the perfect base.

We stayed in the house due to going to market rasen racecourse. Amenities are great and go above and beyond what you’d expect. Nice spacious garden and lots of off road parking.

Absolutely lovely stay. Spotless, cozy and so welcoming. Such a well kitted out kitchen, comfortable beds and even biscuits left for us on arrival. Pam was great to communicate with. We had such a fab visit and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great, quiet and peaceful place! It has everything I would have liked. I can’t really think of anything that can be improved.
