This is a spacious modern apartment, on the ground floor. The main area is a large open-plan room with large glass windows to allow maximum natural light to watch the sunset in the evening. There is a back garden with seating and a BBQ. The apartment is located in a small village situated 2 minutes from the woodland walking routes and 5 minutes from the local traditional German pub. The village is a short drive from shops and supermarkets (Landstuhl) and an hour to Trier, Heidelberg and Mainz.

Cozy stay near the Palatinate Forest

This beautiful little apartment was built 15 years ago. On the outside with old beautiful sandstone, modern from the inside. A kitchen built by a carpenter with a dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub + shower and a bedroom with family bed(3m) there we sleep 4 :) You can pull out the couch. A muggy game room and a storage room with washer-dryer are also available. Since March 2024, there is finally Wi-Fi :) If you need tips for the things to do, please don't hesitate to reach out

My place is close to the city but within walking distance, but very quiet and in the Nanstein Castle area. You'll love my place because of the the coziness and the the location to the forest and the nature. In short, it was my best Airbnb experience so far. The apartment is fully equipped. Even 2 bottles of beer, sparkling and still water were in the fridge. The equipment is great and if you live there longer you can cook without problems, because everything is available.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment! It’s small but thoughtfully laid out, offering just the right amount of space for a comfortable visit. The location is perfect—especially if you’re in town for medical appointments at LRMC. It’s within walking distance, even with the uphill trek, which was very manageable. The added bonus of a garage was greatly appreciated. I was driving a midsize SUV, and while it took a few tries to get the hang of maneuvering into the space (since the home is on a hill in an alley), I was able to manage just fine. A smaller car might have been easier, but it’s definitely doable with a larger vehicle too. Having a washer and dryer in the home was another huge plus—just be sure to bring your own detergent. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the location, comfort, and value of this home. It was well worth it, and I would absolutely stay here again!
