Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Languedoc-Roussillon

We had a great Easter weekend at Mathieu's! The cabin is very cute, the kitchen is very well equipped and it is very quiet with a beautiful sea view.

We had an excellent week in Sylvie and Didier's Hacienda. Although some finishes are not finished (plastered, tile) outside the villa, this does not affect the quality of the stay in any way. The interior of the villa is very clean and functional (kitchen, bathroom, toilet), all with white columns that give a real charm to the house. Finally, the summer terrace as well as the pisicine are superb and we enjoyed it! As for Sylvie and Didier, they are very friendly, natural and warm people.

The house is very well located and comfortable with all amenities.

The apartment is just as in the photos: spacious, well kept, clean and very nice. It has everything you need to make your stay perfect, nothing is missing. Special mention to the bed in the master bedroom, the pillows and the duvet… very comfortable!! And it's appreciated. The great location too, a very quiet village but close to others with more atmosphere if you want, also close to the ski resorts and surrounded by magnificent routes. Communication with the owner was a 10, we were able to talk to him and he was very understanding of our needs. We can only recommend the house and if we find it available again, we will surely stay here again!!! To mention one drawback: if it had WiFi it would be perfect, but it's already in the ad so it's no surprise

We had a great time in Avignon. The views are fantastic, ideally located close to hiking trails. The cottage is impeccable and functional (with fireplace, very nice) I would recommend it 100%.

We enjoyed our stay at Philippe's place. Her house and very spacious and comfortable with a veranda, a beautiful terrace under the glicine and a pleasant garden. It is in a neighborhood both quiet and close to the center, ideal for visiting Arles on foot. Special mention for Danièle who kindly welcomed us on arrival and was very responsive and available during our stay. We will be back!

Great stay at this place that was spotless when we arrived and is in a peaceful and soothing place. It has everything you need. the host was welcoming when we arrived. We will come back without hesitation and recommend!

Very nice apartment, good location, in the city center, with a large terrace very nice when the sun is there! Welcome and advice, I would recommend it.

We stayed at Ekterina’s place for 3 nights and the apartment was very clean, cozy and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped and the kids even had some toys to play with. She communicated very clearly and in a responsive fashion. We’d do it again. It was very nice.

Pleasant stay in a spacious and very well located apartment (next to the thermal baths and shops, close to the cable cars), very good contact with the hosts, only downside is the lack of soundproofing in the apartment

Very nice apartment within walking distance to the middle of Béziers, and a nice strip of shops and restaurants near the old arena. Very compfortable bed, living room, and dining room. Kitchen was very nice, with dishwasher, microwave, and even a relatively new induction stove top. Virginie was an excellent hostess. She met us in front of the apartment, communicating with us on just when we expected to arrive, and even saved a parking space for us. And on checkout, she was immensely flexible for us. (Traveling with a 4 year old can be tricky!) Very pleasant interactions with us, all around.

Sylvie was just an outstanding host. We felt his generosity, his kindness and his big heart just seeing him for a few minutes! As for this place… what to say. A feeling of being at home. We had a lovely stay on Aurillac but also in this beautiful apartment! We'll be back for sure:-) Thanks for everything Sylvie!

Very happy with our stay at Val's. Very clean apartment, quiet, very nice mountain views, comfortable bedding, nothing missing. A very nice fireplace to light after days of skiing. Val is very friendly, reachable at any time, attentive, which is very nice. We would recommend this apartment without any problems, it is even better in real life than in the photos, we loved it and perfect communication with Val Thanks Val, we'll be happy to come back next year.

This beautiful place walking distance to the old city center with restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment is in a really nice private garden area and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. Cédric was super helpful and his tips on local restaurants were awesome (don't miss to visit Chéz Grand Mère if you like traditional french cuisine). We'll definitely come back, when visiting Valence again.

Just arrived home from our 2 week stay in Villa Rosa. Bojana was the perfect host and the Villa was exactly as the photos suggested and as described. My family had wonderfully relaxing 2 weeks in a beautiful location. The views were worth the price alone. Bojana was always available for advice and helpful recommendations and I would not hesitate in staying again in the future. 5 stars all round

We had such an amazing stay at Cassandra's beautiful chateau!!! Fantastic space with gym and beautiful gardens and so peaceful. Such a magical region. Cassandra and her housekeeper Martina were amazing and very helpful. Our entire stay felt like we were in a fairy tale. :) Would definitely come back!

We had the most relaxing week at Villa des Lauriers in Mazan! The house is nestled in the beautiful Provence countryside, with stunning views of vineyards and the gentle hills of the Comtat Venaissin. It was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to Carpentras and just a short drive from Avignon, which we took advantage of. The villa itself is spacious and well-equipped, with three cozy bedrooms (but we only used one since it was just the two of us) and a sunny, fully equipped kitchen. The highlight for us was definitely the fireplace—there’s nothing quite like curling up by the fire after a day exploring the region. The outdoor area is equally impressive. Even though we visited in winter, the south-facing terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun during the day. We also appreciated the terrace and the privacy of the whole property. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very good stay, the view is incredible, very well-equipped accommodation. The host is responsive. Even with rainy weather we were able to enjoy the pool and veranda which is a real plus. Follow the instructions sent by email to access the accommodation, the road under construction, at the time of our stay, made access a little complicated.

Everything was perfect! The hot tub was clearly a plus!

Jeanne, very kind, welcomed us and advised us on activities nearby. These two days were very pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and air conditioning given the heat it was perfect. The house is very well-equipped. For guests with dogs, in our case, the garden was not fenced in full, we had lanyards so they could stay with us outside. We'll definitely be back!
