There's no better place to get to know Bordeaux. The apartment is very spacious, quiet and yet located in the heart of the city. Probably one of the most attractive addresses in Bordeaux. Unconditional recommendation and 100% repeat.

The place was great. Three bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. The location was fantastic and we were able to get around in Bordeaux on foot. Our train got in very early but we were able to store our luggage at the location until check in AND for check out and our wonderful hosts carried our (many) bags up and down the stairs for us. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time. The apartment is impeccable and very bright with views of the lake. It is located close to transport to visit Bordeaux and its region without a car. We were very well hosted by Sandrine

Carefully renovated apartment, it was nice, functional. We enjoyed the proximity of the apartment to the city center and the walk on the greenway that runs along the Isle. And the cherry on top of the Garonne😆, Raphaël takes care of his guests and is not short of advice. We were very satisfied

We had a great family stay at Sandrine's house. The place is perfect for a family, the house is spacious, very pleasant and very well located, on foot from the city center of Perigueux. I highly recommend it!

We have been in Marika's accommodation for a very long time, two different teams of my colleagues have stayed here. And the accommodation is apsolutely perfect! Very spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy. Marika is also a very kind host, we have truly agreed on everything and we communicated very nicely! I definitely recommend to everyone!

The accommodation is located in a green and peaceful environment. It is spacious and very clean, with all amenities. The bedding is of excellent quality (bed in 180 )! Marie-Claire takes the time to welcome us in person and also be present at the end of the stay. We'll be happy to come back!

christophe's place is really perfect. the place is peaceful and relaxing. the state of impeccable cleanliness. Since it was a little cool, the heater had been turned on, and water-soluble coffee and small jams were available. Communication with Christophe was friendly and warm. a very good place that I would recommend.

WE for 3 adults to visit Bordeaux. The accommodation is very well designed. Very cozy. The decor is very nice. It has everything you need. The bunk bed is not very suitable for an adult (the mattress is a little soft) but for 2 nights it's fine. Parking is a big plus. We did everything on foot. It's not far from the train station. Entry and exit with key box. We were even able to leave the accommodation but leave the car a little longer. It was great.

We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the weather - unfortunately that’s out of our control (beyond reversing climate change!). A beautiful location, fabulous pool with shallow area for toddlers and great interior. We had both parts of the property. It would have been better if they were interconnected and there were more lounge space/seating but that would have been less noticeable had the weather been better. Hosts were excellent from start to finish and quick to help when we had a small problem with a door that got stuck closed.

Amazing place to stay!! This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Périgueux. Sophie, my fantastic host, is friendly and incredibly helpful. The flat is so comfortable, the shower is fantastic and the kitchen is set up quite well for cooking my local market finds! Walkable to everything, and parking is incredibly easy - even though we’re in the city center!! Another huge plus? Trash and recycling bins are right across the street. Super easy to take your trash, compost and recycling out each time you go out to explore Périgueux!! The Palais is the best place to stay in Périgueux, hands down.

From the personalized check-in, to every detail in the space being thoughtfully curated, down to the plush robes, snacks, and even a binder of local recommendations. It genuinely felt like a 5-star hotel with the warmth of a home. The amenities were impeccable. Everything you could possibly need and then some. Short-term rental in the host's primary residence. The apartment is located in a quiet residence and is tastefully and finely decorated. It feels good as soon as you arrive. The kitchen and dining area is very functional and user-friendly. Beautiful brightness. The children's room is a little extra when traveling with family. The location near the tram is perfect for getting to the center of Bordeaux. The large balcony/pergola allows you to enlarge the space. Really nothing to complain about on this listing that I would recommend 100%. Thanks again to the host for hosting us.

Great weekend at Mathieu's, the apartment is clean and very well equipped. The building is quiet, secure and you can park your car there. I highly recommend it!

The proximity to the Arkea Arena had caught our attention to choose the accommodation. Well decorated, nice, quiet, bright, there were 4 of us and we enjoyed it for an extended weekend
