We stayed with a group of 10 men at Kati's place and had a great time. The house was not only beautiful, but also exactly matched the pictures and description – tastefully decorated, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Particularly noteworthy is the warm and attentive nature of Kati. She was always available, took care of all our concerns and provided us with valuable tips. This made us feel welcome and completely comfortable from the beginning. Overall, the place has exceeded all our expectations, and we can fully recommend both the house and Kati as a host. A great place to stay, you feel right at home. Mike is a great person and host. He gave us a friendly welcome and we felt very comfortable right away. The place is superbly decorated. We felt very comfortable throughout the stay and if there were any questions Mike answered them directly. We highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to explore Munich and its surroundings. Beautiful setting, well situated, away from any tourist traps or traffic (great opportunity to practice any German you may have :)!) It was perfect for our family. Host was very responsible and respectful.

We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊

As expected, the owner was very helpful and friendly. We were able to stay there with relaxing very much. The location is good as it is close to Munich, I have no complaints, it is very comfortable and I want to recommend.
