After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were greeted very friendly and warmly by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We expected a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy, sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag were there. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy porch and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. The accommodation was exactly as in the photos. I appreciated the size of the living room and the possibilities of the projection screen (good for watching the World Cup in hockey 😉), the only minus that I have to tell you and that might bother potential interested parties even though I had no problem with it. Is that: The hallway of the public accommodation is shared with the premises where David lives. So it may happen that you sometimes bump into each other when going from the kitchen to the living room.

We 100% recommend the place. The house is great, spacious, nicely furnished and everything is available. We particularly enjoyed the garden and the two common rooms. The location is also great, the city center is easily accessible on foot or by tram and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Especially with children, the house is great, from baby bed, to changing mat to high chairs, everything is available. Thank you so much for the great time!

Just as this platform was intended: Cozy, pleasant accommodation with a nice hostess and a fair price. Not a hotel room disguised as Airbnb, but accommodation in a small office apartment. There is everything you need: great bathroom, small kitchenette with pot, salt, sponge etc. Perfect also for working remotely. The Leipzig trade fair is easily accessible by public transport. A sauna is just a few minutes away. The place looked exactly like the photos. Too bad I could only stay a short time! Thanks!
