The apartment is very bright due to large windows to the south and on the balcony to the west you can enjoy the sunset.

Cozy apartment on the second floor with great views over fields and garden. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a cozy sofa bed (120 × 200 m) on which two children or an adult can sleep comfortably. There is also a crib (60 × 120 m). The kitchen has a large dining area and a really individual kitchenette. We lived in the apartment ourselves for two years and felt very comfortable there.

Time out on the Lech

Stylish small apartment in a quiet location, with terrace and small garden close to nature near Lech. You are a five-minute walk from the reservoir, where you can also swim and boat in the summer. Enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace in the back garden and a cool beer by the river in the evening. We would be happy to advise you on possible activities in detail on site.
