Historic homestead - Walk to Mainstreet, City Park, community center, and river walk. Base camp to your Sinks Canyon and the Wind River mountain excursions. 1 queen bed and an 82" non-pullout sofa will sleep up to 3 adults. This little home was one of the earlier settlements established here in Lander, so keep in mind that it is no spring chicken. We have worked diligently to provide a fresh and modern experience, while maintaining as much character as we could. We hope you enjoy its charm!

Enjoy the peaceful Little Wind River while relaxing on the spacious deck from which abundant wildlife viewing is available. Photographs of moose, deer, antelope, fox, otters, beavers, muskrats, mink, and raccoons have been taken from the comfort of the deck. A spotting scope with universal phone adapter is available for your use. Firewood is also available for the fire pit just feet from the beautiful river.

Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River on its own island. Sit on the front porch, fish, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, or just relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) This stylish place is perfect for couples, or the solo traveler. You'll be staying in a quiet country setting, but only three minutes from Lander. The Barndominium on North Fork sits next to our home on a ranch with scenic views, wildlife and cattle. The one bedroom apartment is fully furnished and located on the second story in a newly constructed barn, thus sweetly called a "barndominium"! You'll have private parking with direct, separate and secure access to your apartment.

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy the Wind River Range views from the porch, listen to the rooster crow, or take a peaceful stroll around the 3 acre property. There is private and public water access available from the property. We live right next door should you need anything. You also may run into us from time to time as we are often feeding chickens, watering, letting out our dogs etc. We hope you love your stay at the cottage!

We are conveniently located on highway 26, a short drive from Riverton (13 min), Lander (35 min) and Dubois (60 min). JMA Granary

If you're looking for a unique stay - you've come to the right place. The JMA Granary is quiet, cozy and comfortable! The restroom and shower at the JMA Crows Nest is just a short walk. For those 'middle of the night' bathroom needs, we have a nice port-a-potty in the outhouse, next to the Granary. Your nearest neighbors are a couple of horses and a donkey named Otis! The granary is 15' in diameter, has air conditioning and heat. No wifi inside.
