Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area, located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has sea views including the Île des Ébihens and Cap Fréhel. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.

Charming fisherman's house 150 m from the beach in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France ideally located close to all the must-see sites Saint Malo, Cancale, Le Mont Saint Michel Right near the shops, where everything can be reached on foot grocery store, bakery, bar, creperie, restaurant. In front of the house, you will enjoy a very sunny and quiet area for breakfast. From the room you can access a charming walled garden that is also sunny.

This beautiful and bright apartment of 50 m² is located in the heart of Dinard, in front of the casino with direct access to the beach of L'écluse. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. It is perfectly equipped for a comfortable stay: household appliances, kitchen utensils, dishes; washing machine with dryer, a hair dryer, and Wifi. Cleaning costs are included in the price and include all household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
