Perfectly located for visiting the Emerald Coast: St Malo, Dinard, Cancale, Cap Fréhel, St Cast, Dinan..... 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" label granted by the French Tourist Office. NB: in summer the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 2 night minimum rental.

Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Fully equipped studio with a closed sleeping area (boat cabin style), located on the 3rd floor without elevator access. It has a great view of the Île des Ebihens. Lancieux is a small town ideally located 25 minutes from Saint-Malo and Dinan, 15 minutes from Dinard and 3 minutes from Saint-Briac.
