NB: in summer the rental is by the week, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside summer: 2 night minimum rental.

Beautiful house completely renovated, spacious, bright and tastefully decorated. You will be ideally located at the crossroads between the large beach of Saint-Sieu located 600 m away and the town center. The location is ideal for doing everything on foot and enjoying this beautiful corner of Brittany. The house offers great comfort. It is composed of 5 bedrooms, 2 double beds, 4 single beds, 4 shower rooms and two large living rooms opening onto a closed garden facing southwest.

The house is 900 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the center and its shops, all within walking distance. On the ground floor, the living room and upstairs, 2 bedrooms each equipped with an air conditioning system and a private shower room (toilet, sink and shower).

The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.
