Bettina is a very friendly and hospitable lady. Very big quite house, surrounded by nature. Really nice that out dog could just wander all by himself around the house. I highly recommend this place!

Our stay at Wanda's was exquisite. Her accommodation is ideal for going green and enjoying the north of the Ardèche. The place is particularly peaceful. Wanda is very friendly and recommended hiking trails, ideal swimming areas and restaurants. We'll be happy to go back to this peaceful retreat.

The setting is very nice, the environment is beautiful, the view from the studio is breathtaking. You can walk for hours without crossing anyone or almost. This is an exceptional Airbnb and deserves 10 stars!. The apartment is gorgeous and has everything you need to be comfortable. Quality furnishings from the bed, chairs, kitchen appliances and supplies. Laurence makes sure you have everything you need for an extended stay including plenty of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc. Excellent location, close to everything. I would definitely try to stay here again if I'm ever back in Valence.

La Conciergerie De Nicolas was quick to respond to questions. The location is fine. Close to the highway that doesn't bother you at all. And you can actually go in all directions: To the Drôme, to the Ardèche , to Orange, to Avignon, etc. We could spend a few more weeks here without getting bored.

Beautiful house with a breathtaking view. Everything is present in the accommodation to ensure you have a good time. The pool (although vigilance is essential with children because there is no barrier) is superb and everything is maintained with care. We highly recommend it.

An unforgettable stay in the home of Aurélien and Lucie who were always responsive to our requests and responded with great kindness. The house is very spacious, allowing us to meet as a family (my husband and I, our 2 children and their spouses as well as our 2 year old granddaughter) without disturbing us at any time, while living together these 4 days, which had not happened to us in a long time! Everything contributed to the success of this stay: - For meals: the large, very well-equipped kitchen, the pizza oven, the BBQ, the large tables inside and on the terrace, - The sleeping area for lazy mornings and quiet naps for our little girl... and even the older ones! Not to mention the studio above the garage, which gives our children a little independence, without the little ones... - The large living room, its 2 large sofas and its foosball - And what to say about the pool, the flowery and wooded grounds and the view... What happiness!
