Nice apartments! We rented two flats for the vacations. Apartments look the same as photos. Building is beautiful and freshly renewed. Easy access, good transport connection, close to historic sites. Ibrahim were responding very fast, helped us and provide additional equipment. The only minor issue is a noisy surrounding, but it is just a feature of this city area.

I would strongly recommend this place. The host is nice and friendly, and he’s always there when I need help. He also recommends some restaurants based on my preferences!

This apartment was truly ideal and exactly as described. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the fantastic location—just a relaxing walk to the Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar or other mosques. Tram stop and metro station conveniently nearby, making it easy to get around Istanbul. There’s also a minimarket right at the entrance, making shopping for essentials incredibly easy (water, even diapers for little ones!) and several bakeries within walking distance (check Set Elsam wihin 5-7 min walk). The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and very well equipped. The host went above and beyond by providing thoughtful extras like dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and fabric softener + of course a bay bed/cot. We stayed in a lot of places but this one was really impressive. The kitchen was stocked with tea, sugar, and salt, which made our stay even more comfortable. Each of the three rooms had air conditioning, which was a real blessing. Internet .
