It provides two bikes that allow easy access to the City of Arts and Sciences in 10 minutes, the city center in 25 minutes and the beach. The presence of a patio allows meals to be taken outside. The house is in a great location - very near the beach and well connected by bus to the centre, but in a nice and quiet family friendly area. The pool and outside space is brilliant too!

My family (3 young kids included) and I absolutely LOVED this place. It was super close to the beach and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and have a good time! The hosts were amazing and super nice. We felt truly at home. I HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone looking for a place in Valencia!

Great apartment and location. 10 minutes walk to the airport, so perfect for early morning flights. Everything was clean and tidy and Francisco Jose very helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend 😊

A fantastic stay at Silvia’s! She’s a brilliant host, very welcoming, responsive and with a great sense of humour! Silvia place is in fab spot for transport and 5 minutes walk over to the beautiful beaches. We hired bikes for the 3 days to cycle up through the park to the old town, along beach to Little Venice and also down to south beach and lagoon area in between cycling over to the university hockey pitches to take in the Masters euros( the reason for our visit), great cycle tracks throughout and highly recommend. Definetly be in touch with Silvia if (when) returning to Valencia. Thank you!

A nice house that is also for sale. Only 15 minutes by car from Valencia. Pool is illuminated at night, which creates a relaxing atmosphere on warm summer nights. Plenty of space for the whole family, or in our case perfect for content creation (music)

Sid's house is a gem!! We were a group of 6 people and we just loved to be there from minute ohne. Sid was there to meet us when we arrived and he was very helpful and friendly. A very nice host! The place is just beautiful with the Patio, which we enjoyed very much after returning from a long day of sightseeing. There is also a lot of room for privacy,5 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, 1 small bedroom downstairs with the bathroom separate just across. Very big tables and enough places to sit and eat in the Patio or inside, just as you like. Washing Maschine and dryer, enough toiletries in every bathroom, trash bags,dishwasher taps, etc. ,necessary items which I miss in most Airbnb's. Metro Station, Supermarkt etc.just a few minutes on foot away. Very conveniently located! We had a great stay in the house and in Valencia. Highly recommanded, a wonderful house for friends/ families traveling together!

We had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s apartment in Valencia! The place was very clean and spacious, perfect for our family. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the pool as we arrived a bit early in the season and it wasn’t open yet. However, the area where the apartment is located was ideal for children – quiet, safe, and very close to the beach! We honestly couldn’t find a single downside. Everything exceeded our expectations. My husband and I were looking for a quiet place in nature to spend our honeymoon and take our dog. We decided to come to this wonderful place where we felt welcomed and at home before we arrived. The place is special, even nicer than in the photos and Sergio took great care of us. The three of us enjoyed it very much and we will certainly return, I highly recommend it.

Eva was the perfect host. She and Borja met us on arrival and were very friendly and hospitable. She replied to our messages instantly and was very helpful. The apartment was exactly as described, spacious with great facilities, pool, padel courts and 3 min walk from the beach, with lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Eva even helped me practice my spanish!

My stay at Mathilde and Elias' house was simply wonderful. The house is very quiet, comfortable and perfectly equipped to accommodate six people. It is well located and easy to find. But what made this experience really special was Elias's kindness: I have rarely met someone so attentive and pleasant. She welcomed us with sweets, juices, and milk, which was a much appreciated gesture. I will definitely be back. Thanks for everything!

Very nice apartment! They were very kind because after the blackout they contacted me to see if we needed anything. Luckily they had everything they needed to be without electricity. They cared for us very well! You can see the sea from the room! 🥰

It was a very pleasant stay. Very spacious and cozy apartment, with feeling for the decor, it had something personal that made you feel right at home. Large terrace Everything was close. Andrea was a very pleasant host , who was easily accessible and looked for a solution for us to leave the apartment a little later. Given that the apartment is on the 5th floor, it is a steep climb, but the view makes it more than worth it, worth repeating.

The apartment is larger than it looks in the photos. It has a huge corridor, we were very comfortable and it is a stone's throw from the beach. You have two stores, one on each side of the entrance, a food store and a bazaar. Will and Olga are super attentive, a great stay 😊

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment, we felt very comfortable! Jose's recommendations were great, and we were able to visit Valencia as we wanted, the round trip by train being really convenient! We recommend 100%, thank you so much!
