Peaceful Bavarian Cottage & Hot Tub in the City

This is a very comfortable alternative to hotels with the hospitality culture. Cherry hardwood flooring throughout, a German/European feel as well. This is an ADA friendly property and the only steps (3) are on entry. Deck off the bedroom door with a small hot tub or cool tub if it’s hot out ! Street parking for one or two vehicles. Should you require 2 vehicle parking please discuss with me prior to arrival. I consider neighborhood parking etiquette very much!

An inviting beach cabin situated on beautiful American Lake. The property neighbors a city park with a ball field, pickleball courts, outdoor basketball, playground and a designated swimming area. The property is buffered from the street by the owners house so there is a sense of privacy but is still less than 20 minutes to downtown Tacoma or Olympia and downtown Seattle is 50 minutes during off peak driving.
