Monthly Rentals in Lakehills

We have stayed here before about a year and a half ago. We needed a weekend getaway. This the perfect serene location. Always very clean, linens and towels are soft and comfy. The mattresses are amazing. Very close to San Antonio to get out and about if you so choose.

I had a wonderfully peaceful weekend with my daughter. The pool was amazing and I loved that it was shaded. The area is beautiful and we enjoyed driving around and seeing the surroundings. The arcade game was so fun! We enjoyed feeding the deer in the morning. They were very friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This was our sixth stay at one of Cheryl’s river houses, and it was just as wonderful as always! Peaceful mornings on the back porch, watching the wildlife, were the perfect escape. My girls had a blast fishing, and I was able to hop on a Zoom meeting with no Wi-Fi issues at all. We never miss a stop at Jo Momma’s—great burgers and under 10 minutes away. Dinner at TJ’s @ The Old Forge in Bandera was delicious (the white gravy is a must!), and Out of the Way Café remains a favorite. Their breakfasts are amazing, and I’m hooked on the chicken tenders and sandwich. Can’t wait for visit #7!

The place was very clean when we arrived and the cottage is in a private area away from neighbors which we loved, my only thing was the lake in the area was dried up which was our fault for not looking more into the location but overall the stay was great and very close to San Antonio!
