Fun lake house with the PERFECT LOCATION on Canyon Lake! Enjoy the multilevel deck complete with hot tub, fire pit, tiki bar, Weber grill, cocktail pool, amazing views and plenty of seating! There is also access to the water at the ramp next door to the house! Please note: The lake is low right now due to lack of rain. Highly recommend! We spent several wonderful days enjoying this property – relaxing on the upper deck and around the areas closer to the water. We enjoyed watching the deer roam around the property and watching our dog watch the deer. We also saw lots of monarch butterflies and a fox. The view of the lake is beautiful, and the property is so serene. We were also pleased at how many great restaurants there were in the area. Pamela and her son, Sam, were very nice and helpful and responsive.

My friends and I had a great time! Out of our yearly trips I think I can say collectively that this was one of the best houses we stayed at that can fit all 8 of us comfortably and not feel so crowded. We had a great time and really enjoyed the view:) 10/10 recommend

We had a very pleasant stay at Tim’s place. Our first impression was the house being spotlessly clean, very modern vibes, lots of sunshine and the smell of a new house! We also appreciate being provided with plenty of kitchen supplies, bath towels, and even all the necessities for water activities like life jackets, kayak paddles, etc. Deers were roaming around everywhere in the neighborhood & very friendly! However, the lake nearby the house has been going through a long period of severe drought so you may need to expect a much longer walk to finally see some water but it’s super muddy and not accessible at all either for swimming or fishing. We picked the place based on the expectation of 3-min walk to the lake where there would be swimmable clear water and found that somewhat disappointed — even though we understand by no means Tim could have controlled the weather and water level at all. There just wasn’t really anything else to do in the area without the lake being accessible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

We absolutely loved this air bnb! The host was amazing, the house was amazing, and we loved that they allow previous guest to leave behind food / drinks that don’t spoil! It was beneficial to use a few left behind items and we left some too! I miss when places would do that, so it was refreshing to see! Tons of space, comfortable, and beautiful house / scenery! We were only 10 minutes from the river / nightlife & there were plenty of games at the house! We really did enjoy this place and will 100% be back! I also loved the cleaning instructions as it lets me know they do in fact clean their beds! I also love the $75 back cleaning fee of you wash your towels. Really awesome host as well! 10/10!!!
