We had a good time there. Nice Pool and central Location. 10 minutes to Bethel.

The owner was very kind, decorated for Christmas and always available to help with anything we needed. We could make many beautiful memories!! We would love to come back here again!!

We checked in at night, and it was easy. I wish they had lights up the driveway to help with the potholes, like they had on other parts of their property. Other than those holes, it was a great stay! The kids had a blast with the pool.

This Airbnb is stunning — every corner features thoughtful, designer touches that make the space feel both luxurious and inspiring. It’s a dream for anyone who loves great interior design! The location is incredibly peaceful and private — we even heard horses and cows nearby, which added to the charm. It truly feels like a getaway from the world, yet downtown is just minutes away. One thing to note: the mosquitoes at night can be pretty intense, so definitely bring your own mosquito spray. Other than that, it was an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Kathy and her team were very friendly and communicated well. The house is beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen had more utensils and amenities than any other vacation rental I have ever stayed in. The beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was perfect! We had a family emergency while we were there and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you so much!

This is by far one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. The house was spotless. We traveled with little ones and having a fenced in pool and an option to have it heated was great. Definitely recommend it to others.

Ken was a great host with special touches done to the house. He made us feel extra with the battery operated candles lit throughout the living room, snacks and popcorn for a late night snack. We appreciated the communication and updated weather report prior to our arrival. Great place to stay!

Always a great little place to stay for my work week trips and very clean and private. Close to town for any needs and hosts are always nice and responsive.

The bedroom had a very comfortable bed. The kitchen was spacious with a fair amount of utensils and pots and pans. Very clean very conveniently located.

Tasteful decor. Peaceful surroundings. Owners were conscious of giving us privacy. Everything was pristine! Perfect for a couples getaway. We'd definitely stay here again if in the area!

Our stay with Rue was fantastic! Honestly the photos don't do it justice, the pool was a lot bigger than it looked. Great place to do exactly what they advertised, play, rest, repeat. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Host was very responsive and helpful. Such a pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. Everything you could possibly need and nice extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. Pool is beautiful and jacuzzi was inviting even though we didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Loved sitting in the back yard and relaxing. All one level with split bedrooms…two on each side of living area. Very quiet for all the family to rest. Two living areas…one for relaxing and visiting, the other with a large smart TV and family space. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe for walking. Hope we can come back again!

Had a great time staying riverside for our annual fishing trip. House was fully stocked with necessities. House was very clean on check in. Easy check in and out.

Toad Hollow was great for our group of 7 adults and children. We loved playing in the snow, sitting on the front porch, building puzzles on the big dining room table, cooking meals in the well stocked kitchen, taking baths in the clawfoot tub, watching dvd’s, and walking to restaurants in town. Toad Hollow is close to Mt Shasta ski park. The large mud room was great for offloading snow gear. It was nice having a washer and dryer to dry wet snow gear! Jill was very responsive when we accidentally deadbolt locked the keypad door and went out the back (the back door has a door knob lock that can be pulled closed and locked). She came by and unlocked the house while we were at the ski park so we didn’t have to deal with not being able to get in when we came back. We would recommend Toad Hollow for its cozy, like home, atmosphere.

I highly recommend this accommodation. Lauren consistently demonstrated kindness and was very supportive with any requests we had. The location is exceptionally convenient, being centrally situated. The property was meticulously tidy and clean throughout. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

This home is perfect for large families! The space is open and welcoming, with a cozy, homely vibe. The location is fantastic—just a 5-minute walk to the lake and only 35-45 minutes from Mount Shasta Ski Park. We had an incredible time and would definitely recommend it to others!

It was a beautiful location, private and out of the way. Our host was responsive and helpful. This is a great venue for a retreat with four lockable bedrooms, each one with its own private bath. The energy in the home is warm and bolstered by crystals and intention. I will definitely be returning to this location.
