Clean, cute and peaceful. The host didn't require a lot of clean up tasks before departure. Kitchen well stocked with utensils to cook.

Historic homes have wonderful charm and history. The trade-off is uneven heat and low water pressure; however, the house was clean and well-stocked with towels and paper products. The hot tub was great. Our family spent three days there in December and enjoyed it greatly. David makes an excellent host; amiable, responsive, and thoughtful. For the price, it is a great deal.

Great place to stay. About an 8 minute drive to Notre Dame University.

This spot is exactly as the listing describes. It’s not ultra fancy but it is very cozy and was perfect for my monthlong stay for me and my cat. What’s more is Aislin was an exceptional host and made me feel so at home. She was flexible with my check in and even got a litter box for my cat since my plane delay had me getting in too late to find one. I was greeted with fresh cut flowers and a fridge stocked with the essentials. She was very responsive and gave great neighborhood recommendations. The airbnb is just down the street from the river and Aislin’s partner Mike fixed up one of their bikes for me to use to go for a couple rides along the bike path. Definitely recommend a stay at any of Aislin’s properties!

This was our second time staying at the island home. Enjoyed every minute and already planning our next visit. Great place to stay with our extended family while spending time at the lake.

Had a great stay with a group of my friends, was a nice private location where we could play music and have fun without complaints. Was close enough to city to be able to get Ubers. Host was very helpful and responsive as well as flexible with the time that we were checking in.

Great place to stay. It's clean and has everything you need. It's just a regular house which is great! It's not some over decorated attempt at being a vacation destination that you feel you have to tiptoe around to not break a bunch of decorative junk. Will definitely be staying here again if needed in the future.

For this trip, it was my husband and I and our 2 kids (18 & 21). Kyle's airbnb is in a perfect location right on the St. Joseph's River. It is beautiful and peaceful. The in-ground pool is a lovely perk and he has a dock to hang out on or go fishing. My husband and son loved fishing and hanging out on the dock. Kyle and his wife are friendly and so are the neighbors. The second floor apartment is above a garage and is 1 bedroom with beds all in the same room. There is a second bathroom with a shower as well as a sitting room with a larger TV and kitchen space downstairs which is nice if you need more space. We had problems while there with the internet. Kyle did check into it and tried to fix it, however it didn't work well the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a very nice stay at Sandra’s house for ND graduation weekend. The home is very spacious (even more so than the photos would suggest) and extremely comfortable. The screened in back porch and pool area are a great place to hang out with family. Short drive to campus and local restaurants.

Great hosts! We were welcomed and given a full tour by the host as we arrived. The place was as described. Peaceful and quiet surroundings, super safe area. Highly recommended.
