It is located in Ridgeway, SC and 20 minutes from Camden and Lugoff. Colonel Creek Landing is 4 miles away and the perfect location to launch your boat. You can dock your boat in 12 feet of water at our dock. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Two living spaces with smart tv's. Now you can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place with GORGEOUS sunsets. When we say family, we mean pets & horses as well! We have 12 stables, 7 paddocks. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The home also comes with a full kitchen, exercise room, and small office with a queen size pull out couch. This house is connected by a garage to the house of the owner's, plenty of privacy but owner's are available. No animals are allowed in the home, if an animal is brought in the home a $600 cleaning fee will be assessed.
