Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake View, Chicago

My experience with Paul was the best experience I have had booking with Air B and B. His communication was friendly and prompt. He answered all my questions before booking. Upon arriving, his check-in instructions were extremely easy and he explained things throughly. Entering the home was exactly as his pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. He checked in shortly after our check-in time to make sure everything was up to par and asked if we needed anything. The home was nestled in a residential neighborhood and it was quiet, peaceful and safe. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus when on vacation! I asked him for a couple recommended grocery stores that were close and he gave me great suggestions. All his amenities allowed us to cook at home and enjoy meals as a family. Checkout was super easy. We will defiantly reach out to Paul again when we make it back to Chicago. If I could give more than 5 stars I defiantly would! Highly recommended!

Cozy and great place! The neighborhood is quite safe and very close to 606. The rooms are spacious and clean.

At first I couldn’t believe so many 5 star reviews—and now I know why. Because you can’t give a 6. We were between business trips and have a child who lives Chicago so we thought we’d make a weekend of it rather than flying home. Lovely, homey, classy, unique, comfortable, warm and very cool all in one place. You need only to roll out of the door to find great food, great people and great fun. Thank you for opening your home to us.

The location cannot be beat! As someone who use to live just a few blocks away, this was a wonderful place to stay and come back to. The unit is lovely. The bed and linens were so comfortable. Having a full kitchen and sitting area was also an added bonus. Easy to walk to a ton of bars, restaurants, shopping and the train. Additionally, it was so clean! I will not hesitate to book again and will gladly recommend to others. Khaled was responsive and sent check-in information as scheduled. We had the best time!

I can't say enough good things about this property! Location is amazing! parking was easier than I expected since you get a pass. It's walkable to all the fun places around Wrigley. I highly recommend and would definitely come back!

Excellent location and clean apartment with everything as described

Visiting family in the area and luckily found this place available over Memorial Day weekend. The location is fantastic. Walkable to stores and restaurants and easy access to public transportation. The host was very responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. We used the outdoor space and access is very easy. Loved the cleanliness and super clean linens. Would definitely stay again in the future.

First time staying at an Air Bnb and it was amazing. Instructions were very clear and the place had everything we needed!

We were 4 adult and 1 dog and we stayed at Matthew's place, everything went smooth and easy to feel at home, parking spot and great location of the house make us everything easier, it was so fast to get to the downtonw in lees than 20 minutes. Matthew was always responsive to all our questions, I definitely will search for this place to sray on my next trip to chicago.

Nicole and Matt’s place is a well-located, spacious apartment perfect for a family of four adults. Situated near Lincoln Park, it’s within walking distance to the park and a fantastic selection of restaurants. Nicole and Matt were also kind enough to provide recommendations and we did enjoy a couple of them. The apartment is clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable 4-day stay. The hosts were very responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. One consideration: the unit is spread over three levels, with the master bedroom on the top floor—potentially challenging for those with mobility issues. The second bedroom, located on the ground floor, lacks natural light and feels a bit confined. Overall, we had a pleasant and convenient stay.

The house is like a page out of an Interior Decorating magazine, an immersion experience. Like the house the grounds were equally beautiful. There was a lot of thought and love in remodeling this property. The hosts were communicative and gracious. It is located in a great neighborhood close to many dining options. I appreciated the modern touches and the cleanliness of the place. I would book this place again. Highly recommended.

We loved Nora’s apartment! It was perfect for two adults and an infant. The pack n play plus high chair were huge helps to have on-site. The free laundry in building laundry was also fantastic. The apartment is charming, clean and close proximity to the park and main strip of restaurants and shops in Lincoln Square. We would definitely stay at Nora’s again.

The location was great. About 15 min from downtown. The place was beautiful and clean. I would definitely book with Julia again.

Easy check in and close to LUC which is what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Bonus that it included parking.

This was a fabulous place to stay! My brother and I could easily walk to the "L" and head downtown. The pizza place right downstairs was delicious - we ate there twice in three days! The beds were comfortable, the couch and living room set up was cozy. I would absolutely stay there again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during our Chicago trip! The location was perfect — close to everything we wanted to see and do with our kids. We enjoyed our time at this apartment! Nestled in the Bucktown neighborhood of the city, which is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful homes. Nearby Wicker Park and Logan Square have a lot to offer, as well as Lincoln Park (the neighborhood) not being too far away either. While the bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side, that’s just city life and it is a perfect retreat for 1-2 people. It’s very stylish yet cozy with the decor and all updated appliances and bathroom. I would take note of the stairs for this unit in particular, as it’s on the second level but they were fine and the patio deck was nice! We really appreciated Lauren being accommodating to our late booking. We would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood has a welcoming, upscale vibe, which added to our peace of mind. A quick heads-up: the unit is a second-floor walk-up accessed via a private entry. Inside, as you can see has the spiral staircase; a unique architectural feature, but if you’re traveling with heavy luggage, it’s something to keep in mind. Had an excellent time with my family at Ari’s place. It was very infant friendly and just as advertised. It’s easily walkable to the best places in Andersonville. We would stay here again!
