Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Sevan

V ubytování jsme se cítili moc příjemně, zvláště jsme si užívali terasu s výhledem. Hostitelé byli vřelí a ochotní. :)

I stayed at this place for four days while looking for a permanent apartment in Yerevan. I chose to book Vahan’s place because it seemed so cozy, comfortable, and welcoming in AirBnb! Vahan was always available to chat if I had any questions. Moreover, this place is a hub for creative people - you don’t find places like this everywhere! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire experience seamless. The home was cozy, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessities. I especially appreciated the privacy and calm atmosphere—perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Очень добрый и отзывчивый хозяин, наш рейс задержали на 5 часов,но о без каких либо вопросов нас встретил очень рано утром ,трансфер был быстрым очень близко к аэропорту. Квартира была чистая всё было отлично, так же хозяин довёз нас обратно в аэрапорт когда у нас был вылет, всем рекомендую это место.

Merci à Jean Marc et Mané qui nous ont très bien accueilli. L’appartement était très propre, bien situé dans le centre de Yerevan. Beaucoup de commerces et restaurants à proximité, on a pu tout faire a pieds.

Marina est une hôte disponible. Le logement est propre et sent bon. Tout est à disposition pour se sentir comme chez soi. Je recommande ce logement pour des sorties sur Yerevan.

Estuvimos 3 noches en el apartamento. Está superlimpio, con todo lo que necesitas, es cómodo y muy nuevo. Tuvimos un pequeño problema con el agua (no fue su culpa) y dieron una solución conveniente. Si hay alguna incidencia mejor comunicarse por el chat de airbnb porque responden rápido. Pudimos aparcar el coche fácil. Internet es excelente. Gracias!

Todo muy bien. La casa equipada con todo lo que necesitas. Paramos a trabajar y estuvimos muy cómodas. Internet funciona muy bien. Hubo un apagón de una hora que fue un pequeño problema pero no es culpa de la anfitriona lógicamente. Pudimos dejar el coche justo debajo del edificio. Fue flexible con los horarios lo cual agradecemos. Volveríamos sin problema. Gracias!

Liana's appartement was de perfecte ruimte op de perfecte plaats. Ik had graag nog een paar dagen willen blijven, maar het appartement was die dagen al besproken. Het heeft alles wat je maar nodig hebt. De sfeer binnen is aangenaam, ik voelde me helemaal op mijn plaats. Daarnaast was het contact met Liana -voorzover nodig - erg plezierig. Fijn ook dat ik wat later mocht uitchecken, zodat ik de tijd naar het volgende adres prettig kon overbruggen. Bij mijn volgende bezoek aan Yerevan kom ik hier graag terug.

The apartment is big, clean, equipped with everything a tourist might need. 20 minutes walk to the Opera .You could find a large amount of water in big bottles, for the case if is no water. I appreciated it very much, becose in Tbilisi it was no water for entire day, and was no supply in the place I stayed at. Mariana is a great host, she provided me taxi at 4 am at arriving, for departure too. Thank You Mariana, You are the Best!

I had a wonderful stay at Ararat’s apartment! The place was absolutely beautiful — clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. You can tell that a lot of care has been put into making guests feel at home. Ararat was a great host, and I truly appreciated the warm welcome and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very nice and quite place with perfect weather in June. The only problem was too small grocery shop on the first floor (the good one is 15 minutes by walk). But the apartment was super cozy.

Self check-in is very convenient and easy to understand. The apartment itself is exactly as shown in the photos. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Hovanes, is a very kind and responsible man who will advise and help you with everything. I will definitely stay here again in the future if I have the opportunity. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend.

It's a great apartment near the centre of Yerevan, I totally recommend it! Here are some things we especially loved about this apartment ❤️ - It has a high ceiling and feels spacious - It's newly renovated and feels pretty fresh - Has fast and stable internet - It's located on a quiet street within 5-10minute walking distance to the city centre - Good A/C that doesn't bother you when you are lying in bed - Hovhannes is a great host — he was very welcoming and helpful!

Всё прошло отлично, Вахан лично встретил нас и всё показал, несмотря на то, что из-за задержки рейса мы приехали посреди ночи. В квартире есть всё необходимое, удобная кровать. Единственное, бывает шумно вокруг (на улице или в других квартирах). Поэтому, если вы привыкли спать в полной тишине, лучше возьмите с собой беруши – в них было замечательно

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

I stayed at the apartment for a week and was pleasantly surprised by how well thought-out everything was. Inside, there’s everything one might need—from the basics like an induction cooktop, plates and pans, a washing machine, and even a special hanger with little pins :) for drying clothes on the balcony, to things you wouldn’t normally expect. For example, a strainer for berries or small fruits, which I found especially handy since they’re delicious and inexpensive during the summer in Armenia. There was even an umbrella, which turned out to be a lifesaver on a couple of rainy days—quite unexpected in Armenia’s usually dry climate. Alice, the host, was really helpful. We kept in touch, and she reached out in advance to let me know that the hot water would be turned off for a few hours one day (it was a building-wide issue, so out of her control) and kindly apologized for the inconvenience. The location is perfect for exploring the city—everything is within walking distance.

Теперь это наше самое любимое жилье в Ереване ❤️ Прекрасная солнечная квартира в тихом районе, очень быстрый интернет 5G, удобный рабочий стол, безупречная чистота, удобный матрас, вся необходимая посуда и техника, включая пароочиститель! Заселение прошло очень легко, а проживание в течение почти полугода оставило только приятные впечатления! Из квартиры буквально не хотелось уезжать, настолько она стала нам домом за это время. Еще раз огромное спасибо!

Great location everything is near by . 3 min walk to central square. Many cafes and restaurants is near by . Apartment is in new building , very clean and same that you see on photos. We arrived very late and it is very comfortable self check in . Highly recommended this apartments.
