The apartment is located in a city center, renovated, all the kitchen amenities were provided. A bit loudy cause of the cafes in the same building and cars going mearby, but not critical, close the window in the bed room helped. Good place to stay!

We liked the place, clean, modern, the renovation is fresh, the bed is comfortable, there is an iron, a kettle, a hairdryer, a microwave, a refrigerator, its own territory with a grill and a gazebo, the location is excellent, two minutes from the beach, there are cafes nearby, a little further, but also close to restaurants and shops. Sevanovank Temple is within walking distance, with beautiful views of the lake.

Wonderful house! Maybe not the right place if one looks for the high european or american hotel standards, but it has its great old authentic Armenian and sovietic charme. The little pavillon in the garden is a little paradise.
