Great apartment and very friendly hosts. Everything matches the description. I stayed in May, and it was neither too hot nor too cold. The view from both sides of the apartment has a nice Yerevan vibe. The windows block out street noise very well. The bedroom window opens to an Armenian-style clothesline with a pulley. I felt completely at home here.

Happy to choose this place, very clean and all amenities are complete and intact. I highly recommend Alina’s place ( happy house ) the name itself represent’s its worth. I will be back in time. 😊

Everything is good except that there is no microwave and there is no water at nights. So if you come at home after a bar at 2 am you probably will not be able even to wash your hands which is very annoying. Some of the districts in armenia have this problem, but some are not. Wifi is great, I was working all days during the month, no problem. Having the low price and located at komitasa street this apartment is a good choice I think.

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

First of all, I am thankful to our great host, Armen! He was responsive and helpful all the time. It is located in 2nd floor, however Armen helped us carring our luggage. The location is accessible to all important places you might visit in Yerevan in walkable distance. We had great accommodation all in all. My tip is to watch for the hot water tank in case you need to take shower.

Great location on one of the main streets of Yerevan. Coffee shops, restaurants, shopping are within walking distance. The apartment is big. Even very big. Everything you need for a pleasant stay was available. All equipment is in working condition. There is a coffee maker. The host was friendly and always available. I recommend this apartment for trips to Yerevan.

Great place very close to everything. The bus station is also right around the corner. Spacious and really quiet at night.

We love the place and it is very accessible to everything since it is located in the city center. The apartment is very spacious, every amenity works, and the view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartment is so near to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, and many more. The host is also very accommodating and treats us very well. Overall the place is a very solid 10/10 and my family and I will come back to this apartment again.

The Lake House is located in a fantastic position overlooking Lake Sevan across the road. It is a decent sized accomodation. A mini market is a walk away or a few minutes by car. Great views and a very friendly and helpful host.

Was sweet like our home. Modern, great and peaceful apartment and place to live as we live here for 29 days with great views, beautiful and clean, nice BBQ patio with amazing mountains views, fresh with warm hospitality. Two separate flats in amazing conditions. Syuzanna is very responsible and very friendly. This house is so close to the supermarkets and main road which is you can find everything you wand very easily with really good and fair prices. Me and my wife very happy to choose and live here for this Armenia trip. Dilijan is really nice city and of course we will be choosing it again and again.

Juletta’s place was absolutely perfect! Even though we only spent a night there, it felt like home. Juletta was the sweetest lady ever, very welcoming same accommodating. The house was squeaky clean and cozy. She even left us some home grown herbal tea and dried fruit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this but little Airbnb.

Stepan’s place was simply lovely. It was so centrally located across from a terrific park with fabulous restaurants. It was well-decorated and very clean. My family of 4 felt very comfortable. Thank you for the most welcoming place in Yerevan.

It was a very short stay (half day, half night), and I like it a lot: very friendly, very flexible, good price, nice view, and a great place to stay: clean, modern, I like the design of the room, large window with a great view, big bathroom, everything was good. Wonderful cozy and spacious apartment, has everything you need and even more) towels, bed linen, new toothbrushes in packets, toothpaste, shampoo - in a word, everything you need for a comfortable stay. There are a huge number of different shops around with a great variety of products. Hovanes is a very responsive and kind person, one of the best hosts I've been to - was constantly in touch and helped with any questions. Thank you so much!

This was a great place to stay, it was very clean and Ara was a very good and responsive host. The city center is easily walkable from the apartment. There are also many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great apartment in center of Yerevan. Pleasant sleeping places and a sufficient amount of sleeping supplies. It can be a little cool, it's better to take pajamas for the night in winter and autumn. Recommended for accommodation.

Stayed at Rita’s for around 45 days. Felt right at home. Amenities are complete. Heating is centralized so it’s comfortable. It’s also right at the center so almost everything is walking distance. The apartment itself is well interiored, spacious, and just generally like “home”. Rita is a great host, always helpful and available. Would love to come back!

Awesome stay! Gayane's apartment is comfortable, with modern furniture and beds, a well-equipped kitchen, awesome water pressure in the shower, and reliable internet. The walk down the hill provides a great view of Dilijan, and getting a taxi to go into town is quite cheap. Gayane herself is lovely to communicate with and speaks excellent English.
