Our family had a fantastic time with fabulous accommodations! The area is perfect for launching a boat or swimming and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Our dogs were welcomed and the home was very clean and comfortable. We will be repeat visitors.

What a great experience. Just bring your clothes and everything you need is provided. Had basketball, table tennis with pool table and plenty of room. Great outside patio with TV and some view of the lake. Very quiet area. Definitely would recommend this location.

Cynthia's place is a very nice restoration of an older (maybe 1930's) small house that was perfect for our visit to our grandkids for the Thanksgiving holiday. The renovations were done very nicely, and I liked that they incorporated the existing hardwood floors by refinishing them, even leaving the squeaks and groans as we walked over them. New HVAC systems worked well with the Lufkin changing weather of mid 80's one day and mid 50's another. We will definitely be back to stay when we come back for future visits!

Courtney was super responsive and the house was great for me and some buddies to getaway for a golf weekend. House was nice and clean when we arrived and had a great set up for afternoon activities. The amount of beds this place has made it super easy to figure out sleeping 6 of us. We all enjoyed our stay and plan to book it again for next year’s golf weekend!

Amber is a great host. She’s very responsive and helpful. The house looks as nice as the pictures shown. They have all kinds of board games for kids and adults. Also, they have a kayak, tubes and a water pad for the water in the back yard. The kids had a blast with them. I would definitely book this place again. I would recommend this place to any small/large groups.

Such a cozy place to stay.. Very easy to get too and very well equipped with everything we needed. This was our second time staying there.. Cassell Boykin boat launch is right around the corner not to mention the new store Chubbys.. Host is fantastic and makes the stay so nice!!! Absolutely loved our stay... except for the storms, but you can't stop Mother Nature!!! Highest rating for this place!!!

Our weekend at A Frame of Mind in Toledo Bend was truly special. From the moment we walked in, we felt cared for. The A-frame was spotless, beautifully decorated, and smelled wonderful. Jade was such a kind and thoughtful host—she reached out with helpful info, including fishing guides and fun spots for the kids. We loved the screened-in porch with its cozy swing and big TV. The backyard was magical—grilling steaks, sitting by the fire, and enjoying the sweet s’mores kit Jade left for us. The cornhole setup under the lights was so much fun, and the mural behind it made for beautiful family photos. We fished for crappie and sun perch right off the back. One of my favorite moments was kayaking through the still water under pecan and pine trees into Toledo Bend—spotting squirrels, bluebirds, woodpeckers, turtles, and even a raccoon across the waterway. Peaceful, quiet, and full of wonder. We can’t wait to return ❤️

Thank you for a great stay. The carport was amazing for a boat during the rainiest week I've ever experienced at a fishing tournament. Definitely the best AirBNB available for a tournament on Sam Rayburn or Toledo Bend.

We loved our stay … such a beautiful location and a beautiful home with lots of great amenities. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place for a family outing . Kids loved the swing and the large yard and the grown up’s loved the large deck overlooking the lake . Bonus note : spotted several bald eagles !! They were a spectacular sight !!

Very nice location with great views and access to the lake. Camp was very clean and had everything you needed. Plenty of room for parking and close to boat ramp. Will be back for sure.
