New two-bedroom country cottage. The property is very clear with lots of room. Events could be hosted "on the farm"! Piney Point Cottage in Rayburn country Texas!

A stones throw to Rayburn golf resort, with 2 restaurants, a great little coffee shop that rivals Starbucks, swimming pool access with a fee, & pickle ball courts. A covered screened in patio with 2 huge ceiling fans , a couch 2 chairs and 2 ottomans and a fire pit, A grill and plenty of extra chairs. There is also another fire pit in the wooded back yard. And plenty of parking. 5 minute drive to boat launch and lake! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space.

The A-frame structure features a prominent entrance with a spacious deck and steps leading up to it. Large double doors are flanked by windows, while the upper balcony offers an inviting outdoor space. The surrounding trees add a natural touch to the home.

(tenants provide propane) Parking for 8 vehicles. 1 BR apartment next door can be rented in conjunction.
