This place was great! It was very spacious and comfortable! My family really enjoyed graduation weekend for Stephen F. Austin University! Chaynna responded anytime we had a question or need! It was totally worth it! We had a great time!

Our weekend at A Frame of Mind in Toledo Bend was truly special. From the moment we walked in, we felt cared for. The A-frame was spotless, beautifully decorated, and smelled wonderful. Jade was such a kind and thoughtful host—she reached out with helpful info, including fishing guides and fun spots for the kids. We loved the screened-in porch with its cozy swing and big TV. The backyard was magical—grilling steaks, sitting by the fire, and enjoying the sweet s’mores kit Jade left for us. The cornhole setup under the lights was so much fun, and the mural behind it made for beautiful family photos. We fished for crappie and sun perch right off the back. One of my favorite moments was kayaking through the still water under pecan and pine trees into Toledo Bend—spotting squirrels, bluebirds, woodpeckers, turtles, and even a raccoon across the waterway. Peaceful, quiet, and full of wonder. We can’t wait to return ❤️

Perfect for myself and my wife! The location was easy to get in and out of and also centrally located to what I needed. Mrs Lynn was wonderful to meet and correspondents was great! We will be staying here again! Absolutely loved this little place!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house is adorable, clean and very comfortable. It was so nice having coffee on the patio and being steps away from the lake. The surrounding area is quiet and so peaceful. It was such a beautiful view! Stephanie was extremely responsive and so kind! I reached out to her a few times and she was very accommodating! We’re looking forward to staying again in the future!

Perfect! We have stayed here more than once and we love! Clean, quiet- just wouldn’t suggest it for a large or loud group. Would be great to have water on the dock. White perch on dock and catfish hole straight across.

Our family had a fantastic time with fabulous accommodations! The area is perfect for launching a boat or swimming and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Our dogs were welcomed and the home was very clean and comfortable. We will be repeat visitors.

Beautiful camp right near the waterfront. plenty of fishing very accommodating, clean, everything u need is already there. Plenty of stores and bait shops in the area. Its a pleasure booking with Mike answered all of our questions and guided us throughout the week for our stay. Will definitely be booking again soon!

Very nice location with great views and access to the lake. Camp was very clean and had everything you needed. Plenty of room for parking and close to boat ramp. Will be back for sure.

Sheri was a great host! The cabin location was great and beautiful setting overlooking the lake. There are neighborhoods on either side but it was still a peaceful and quiet during our stay.

We enjoyed our recent stay very much! It was so nice and relaxing, and it had everything we needed (and then some). We enjoyed our mornings/evenings on the dock watching the sunrise & sunset. We had fun fishing off the dock and kayaking. It was perfect for an extended weekend getaway. Everything was amazing, and we would definitely stay here again! 😊

Great place to stay on the lake. House had everything it said it would and plenty of room to park boat trailers. Host were accommodating with check in/out.

this will always be my favorite place!!! I am so grateful for the hosts that they keep this available. I got to meet the owners this time and she is literally the SWEETEST lady I've ever met. she really felt like home! I can't wait to come back!!

Stayed here with some co workers for our company fishing tournament and it was perfect. We will definitely be going back next year.
