The spacious master bedroom downstairs will provide a peaceful area to take a break from everything. The lower level offers another bedroom, full bathroom and a great game room with fireplace. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious kitchen and living room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, a full bath, main floor laundry and attached heated double garage.

Relax with the whole family, for a hunting trip, birdwatching, fishing, hiking, or just to get away. House is located 2 miles north of Lake Audubon, 12 miles east of Garrison, 6 miles from Totten Trail, and 3 miles from boat launches. Canoes for rent, plenty of parking, hunting dogs welcome (please call on other pets.) Dogs must be in a kennel in the house. Dogs not allowed in the beds or on the furniture. Currently some exterior grounds construction. Basement is separate.

Lone Butte Ranch-Cedar Post

The Cedar Post was built in 2021. This log cabin is one of 3 cabins located on our working cattle ranch. We are located in the heart of the Badlands, only 14 miles south of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit, and 65 miles north of the TRNP South Unit. We have miles of hiking trails or riding trails if you prefer to bring your horses. This secluded cabin has it's own private hot tub and all your modern amenities but still has that rustic feel.

The house was recently renovated with new flooring, windows and appliances.
