Beautiful home located in a quiet and peaceful environment. Clean, tidy and cosy, Bob’s home had everything we needed to throughly enjoy our stay. Definitely on the list for when we are back in Rotorua next.

Close to water, big and spacious. Well equipped for air BNB. our youngest loved the bunk bed room and the space invaders. We loved the games room. Only one usable pool cue though. Rotorua is cold this time of year so was grateful for a fireplace.

The Redwood Retreat is the most amazing place. It offers everything you could wish for. Everything in this house is thoughtful and well-appointed. We felt right at home and enjoyed our holiday there, even when the weather turned nasty for three days. This house offers the perfect relaxing atmosphere after a day of adventure and activity. This is my happiest experience. The host is very nice, considerate, kind, and the service is good. The room is clean and hygienic. The host cleans the room every day. Her dog is also very cute. Anyway, we are very satisfied. We will choose this place again next time.

Atiamurphy is one of the best AirBNB places we have stayed at. Service provided, Host Communication and the Location, is perfect, for me at least. kids will have a blast, parents will get their peace, and travellers will scratch that itch whilst here! Catherine's place exceeded all expectations. The space itself was incredibly roomy, making it perfect for relaxing, spending time with others, or just enjoying some quiet downtime. There were plenty of things to do, which kept everyone entertained throughout the stay—whether it was exploring the surroundings or enjoying the pool, reading books and playing the piano. What really stood out, though, was Catherine's hospitality. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, leaving a handwritten note and some thoughtful snacks for us to enjoy upon arrival. It's those personal touches that really make a difference and show how much she cares about her guests’ experience. Everything about the stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. I honestly can’t think of a single downside. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Catherine’s place to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted getaway.

Great place for our family long weekend away. Everyone enjoyed, including the dogs with the beach just across the road/reserve. “Beautiful Papamoa Beach”. Supermarket and some local shops all very handy. Great size kitchen and bathrooms. Everything we needed was there and Sara replied promptly in all communications. Attention to detail was great. Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Craig & Jens Place. It was easy to find and in such a beautiful location, Every thing you could think of had been catered for. Craig was so lovely and really enthusiastic about showing us around, felt very honored to meet and play with Major and Parker ( the 2 dogs) We would love to come back in the warmer months for a swim in the stream.

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect spot for our mini-moon! From the moment we arrived, we were in love—gorgeous flower gardens, dreamy hydrangeas, and the most charming vintage decor that was so our vibe. Every little detail was thoughtful and welcoming. Our small dog, Hazel, was just as happy as we were, enjoying the peaceful surroundings and exploring the garden. It felt like a cosy, romantic escape while still having all the comforts of home. We truly didn’t want to leave! Love, love, love—would stay again in a heartbeat! 💕✨🐾

It was our first time doing something like this with our young family of 5 and we had an amazing time. The setup was perfect for a family getaway. It was comfortable, clean, and surrounded by nature. Stephanie was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The kids had a blast, and so did we. Monique's place was warm, spacious and cosy. It was close to town but far enough away to feel like we were out in the countryside. Henry, her dog, is delightful - super friendly and made us feel instantly at home.

This was one of the cleanest properties we’ve ever stayed at. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the attention to detail was fantastic. The outdoor shower was a great bonus, and the waffle station was such a fun and unique touch – my friend had a blast making waffles for breakfast! The outdoor area is lovely and well set up, with a BBQ that we didn’t get the chance to use on this short trip, but we’re already planning to come back. The high fences made it feel really secure, especially great for those travelling with dogs. Gerard was fantastic – super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. In terms of cleanliness, location, and amenities, this was the best place we’ve ever stayed. Can’t wait to return!

Jerry's place was awesome nice and cozy good spot for the dog to run around clean and tidy and the water was so good. Jerry was really nice and friendly easy to talk to and very responsive. Even had some nice eggs from the chickens
