Everything about Greg and Ana's place was perfect for our trip to Rotorua. Set on the edge of a park with a gated section, easy Uber, drive or walk to town. From comfy beds and full kitchen to a private deck and spa this place is definitely recommend. Ana gave us a wonderful list of great restaurants and cafe's to choose from and we had a brilliant time at Poco Tapas & Wine. Thank you both for sharing your lovely home.

The house was a great place to stay while we explored Rotorua. It was convenient to many of the tourist attractions we were seeing and the home was a peaceful place to come back to at the end of a busy day.

Everything was absolutley spotless. The house felt so welcoming and we slept so well in the beds. Super comfortable mattresses and beautiful linen. Carpets felt like they were brand new. Anne was so kind and was happy to be there if we needed her. She made our 5 year old daughter feel at home. My daughter loved the presence of the animals on the property and the swings and trampoline were a pleasant surprise for her. We feel like we didn’t have enough time in Rotorua so plan to come back again one day and won’t hesitate to stay here again.

This is the top accommodation I’ve experienced in Rotorua. Both the interior and exterior are spacious, comfortable, and clean. The actual place looks even better than the photos. You can enjoy a private hot spring with peaceful scenery, and there‘s a lakefront and playground just a 3-minute walk away, making it the perfect accommodation where parents and children can all enjoy together.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Beautiful stay nearby to Rotorua, white water rafting and geothermal areas. The bathtub on the deck is absolutely huge and definitely the highlight.

This place was amazing! The view alone is spectacular! The whole house revolves around this beautiful view and it is stunning. This is such a beautiful part of NZ. The rolling hills, the mountain, the beautiful cattle pastures, the bike trails and more just add to this awesome area. My family loved this house. There was so much to do, the hot tub, the basketball court, the trampoline, the games, the grill, and more. This house is decorated very well the linen, the beds, the living room are all beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped. The yard is beautiful. Catherine and Megan are excellent hosts. They are very helpful and kind. We truly appreciated them sharing their little slice of paradise with us. Thank you!

My partner and I had a quick overnight stay here at the Tui Nest. It was super easy to navigate, beautiful design and a heap of amenities provided by the host. Erika was super easy to communicate with and we would 100% come back here in the future. Thanks Erika 🙂

We had a fantastic stay at Toka Ridge, booking the beautiful “Toka 4 – Koko” villa. It was a last-minute trip to Rotorua, and we truly lucked out finding this absolute gem. The villa was spotless, spacious, and tastefully designed, a perfect home away from home. Check-in was seamless and hassle-free, setting the tone for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. The villa had everything we needed and more, including a luxurious spa pool an absolute highlight, especially with Rotorua’s cozy, rainy weather! For those new to the area, the guest book provided at the property is incredibly helpful. It’s full of local recommendations, tips, and helpful information to make the most of both the home and the Rotorua experience. A big thank you to our host, Liam, who was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Toka Ridge exceeded our expectations the kids loved it, we loved it, and we’re already planning our next visit!

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Clean and clutter free. Loads of space for everyone. Beautiful surroundings and views. Lovely spa. Would recommend asking host to turn spa on earlier as we had to wait until the next morning for the spa to be heated fully. Host was responsive and prompt. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Epic spot for a bit of R&R away from the city!

Absolutely beautiful spacious “tiny home” in a gorgeous location! The hot tub with a view was so peaceful and so relaxing, especially with all the beautiful sounds of nature with it. So glad we came here!!

Stunning surroundings, private and cosy!!! Absolutely loved staying at Kathryn and David’s. a great choice if you’re looking to unwind and disconnect from the city.

We really enjoyed staying here. Check in was easy and flexible, the BnB was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. Denver and Diane are great hosts with prompt and clear communication. We stayed during a cyclone, to which we were very kindly offered an extended stay for no cost. We would definitely stay here again in the future!
