Colin的房子非常的漂亮，后院的绣球花开得很好，院子足够停2-3辆车的空间，位置很安静，强烈推荐大家来住！首先他非常热情，我们虽然没见到Colin，但是有问题他能够及时回复，感谢他给的私密性。进门时看到厨房放的新鲜水果和果汁，冰箱里还给准备了新鲜的牛奶，孩子们和老人们都太开心了，特别适合中国家庭做饭。其次用品很齐全，还配有儿童的书本和游戏棋。最后退房当天由于大雨，Colin还让我们延迟退了房。是个非常好的房东了。 Colin's house is absolutely beautiful, with hydrangeas blooming splendidly in the backyard. The yard has enough space to park 2-3 cars, and the location is very quiet. I highly recommend staying here! First of all, Colin is extremely hospitable. Although we didn’t meet him in person, he responded promptly to any questions we had. We really appreciated the privacy he provided. Upon entering, we noticed fresh fruits and juice in the kitchen, as well as fresh milk in the fridge—both the kids and the elderly were thrilled! The house is especially suitable for Chinese families who love cooking.Secondly, the amenities are very well-equipped, including children’s books and board games. Finally, on the day of checkout, due to heavy rain, Colin kindly allowed us to delay our departure.

Rob’s lakeside retreat was wonderful!! It was clean and beautiful and perfect for our family! It was larger than we expected… plenty of room for the 5 of us to spread out. And the view was even better than we hoped! There was everything we could have wanted at our fingertips… robes, extra pillows, tea! Rob is extremely organized and helpful! We felt very lucky to stay at this property!

Stuart's place is 100% in everyway. A well presented home, has a well equipped kitchen, it could use a fry pan lid. Think maybe the bbq isnt used much, was a bit rusty. This didnt change me wanting to give a five 5 star review. The deep bath is amazing. The view, the privacy, and the quite space, were amazing, it was a great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing. It was just what we were looking for. Wonderful host, friendly. Would re book if back his way again.

Beautifully clean and well appointed house with Sleep out. Section huge for the kids to run around and use the Trampoline, cricket set and Table Tennis. Everything was supplied and so many extras and surprises in the kitchen. Washing machine, Drier and clothesline were well used. Would definitely recommend to others. Communication was above excellent. Fantastic Hosts.

Great stay in unique cozy home. Full of character and charm that you’d expect of a place like this. Comfortable beds. The washing machine was great to have. Nadia is very responsive and thoughtful. Left a little Easter treat for us! Walkable to grocery store. It’s a fair walk to Eat Streat etc, but we either ubered or drove. We recommend it for a cottage-like unique stay.

Jessie's place is conveniently located between two busy spots for restaurants 🍣 🍔 and amenities in Papamoa Beach - an easy bike ride along traffic free paths, or via a stroll along the beach ⛱️ - also close to bus 🚌 routes to get you to Tauranga or Maunganui. The house has great facilities for keeping cool, a lovely deck with huge parasol and a brilliant heatpump inside. Jessie left us a lovely note on our arrival and the document explaining where to bike 🚲, surf 🌊 and enjoy the local area was brilliant! The yard was great for our Golden Retriever 🐶, fully fenced with good shade areas under the colossal olive 🫒 tree - with beach or path walks galore!

Fantastic Stay in Papamoa We had a great stay at Ben’s Airbnb in Papamoa. From the start, Ben was responsive, professional, and helpful, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear, which made everything easy. The house itself was modern, clean, and well-maintained. We especially enjoyed the outdoor deck area, which featured a large BBQ and comfortable outdoor furniture—perfect for relaxing in the evenings. While we didn’t have kids with us, the house was well-equipped for families, with a trampoline, spa pool, and other toys for kids. The location was convenient, about a 30-minute walk or a short 5-minute drive to the beach. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we’d happily return in the future. Highly recommend!

A hidden gem in Rotorua, would definitely stay again. A big, private deck looking out over rolling farmland with glimpses of lake Rotorua in the distance. A big, claw foot bath on the deck for indulgence. A roaring fireplace inside for winter, and a very good heat pump otherwise. A spacious, attractive place with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, nice linen and gets lots of natural light from full height windows. Thanks so much for an amazing stay!

This house is across the street from the beautiful, long, sand Papamoa beach! Also walking distance to restaurants and surf board rentals and lessons! we loved loved loved the house. It has beautiful old wood floors, a claw foot tub, and lots of antique details. It also has front and rear decks - wonderful for outside dining - we had breakfast in the front in the sun, and dinner at the nice table in the back. We will stay there again!

This place was a gorgeous wee gem! Felt like walking into a piece of home! Warm, comfy and had everything you needed. Plenty of space with great indoor outdoor flow. The bedrooms were a great size. Great yard for the kids to play in and the neighbourhood was lovely and quiet. We loved that it was off the hotel strip but close enough if you did want to go for a drive to find food. Thanks for a wonderful stay - we will be back for sure!! Great priced stay!

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

The house was beautiful ! Immaculately clean, high end furnishing in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The house was very well stocked and had everything you need and more. The beds were extremely comfortable with 5 star hotel quality linens. The outdoor area was well furnished and such an inviting place to sit and chill. Easily walkable to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Absolutely could not fault it and would not hesitate to stay again.

We stayed at the Pink House for 2 nights with family and it was warm and cozy. This spot is kind of overlooked, but it’s right in the middle of Rotorua, Tauranga, and Taupo. Only about an hour’s drive to each city. Super convenient. All the amenities were there for a real feel-at-home kind of stay. The owner’s friendly cat popped by now and then. Such a cute little guest! Highly recommend this place.

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. Thank you, Liam/Team!
