Vacation rentals with lake access in Lake Rosseau

Cozy Shores is a beautiful spot and a lovely well appointed home. Directly on the water and easy to get to with restaurants and shopping within minutes . Everything was exactly as described - no disappointments . Hot tub and sauna were clean and in good working order . Dorothy was a a generous and responsive host and we immediately felt at home. We truly appreciated her offer of late checkout ! There is lots of privacy inside and out , and pet friendly is a bonus. We highly recommend and we'll be back at our first opportunity . Thank you Dorothy!

Fantastic place for big group of people and pets. Bethany is very friendly and responsive which made our check in and out very seamless. Amazing view of Muskoka Lake and we enjoyed the time in the water! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing vacation.

Clean , cozy place with all the amenities you'll need. Short walk to a public little beach. Even our Molly enjoyed exploring the fenced in yard and local trails. Cheryl R.

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. One of the most amazing views I've ever had at a cottage. So many windows that can open to let the beautiful sunshine and breeze in. Fans, AC and heat allowed for perfect temperature control.

My best friend and I were looking for a place to go for a girls getaway. We both desperately needed to relax and unwind. Devon’s place was exactly what we hoped for. The hot tub and sauna were an added bonus. If you need peace, are looking to rest and relax or even go someplace close to amenities but that still feels secluded Devon’s little slice of heaven is exactly the spot you need. We will definitely be booking for a future girls trip for sure! 💗 5⭐️ place!

I had a fantastic stay at Jude's place! The property is beautiful, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, with all the amenities you could need. There was also a great selection of water sports equipment available, which made it even more fun to enjoy the outdoors. The location is ideal for anyone looking to be close to nature. A special thanks to our host, Jude, who was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout the stay. Highly recommend this place!

We were in town for a wedding and had a great stay at Michelle’s place. Great location in the heart of Port Carling but still private enough to relax on the large deck and enjoy the view of the water. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay! Hunt was super friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience smooth and comfortable. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with stylish furniture that made it feel cozy. Located in a peaceful neighborhood, it was also just a short, pleasant walk to the city—perfect for exploring. Check-in was quick and easy, and the host even provided some great local recommendations that really enhanced our trip. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

A fabulous beach front location, within steps of a sandy and shallow waterfront. Tess and Jeff are great hosts and extremely helpful. The accommodation is super cosy and much bigger than expected. It had everything we needed and more! The kitchenette may be small but it is well stocked and we didn’t have any issues with cooking. The BBQ is a gas one and very good. We enjoyed eating outside on the large sized deck. Even though it’s shared with the owners, the privacy screen was ample. The beach was pretty quiet and made for a relaxing stay. We sadly didn’t get to witness any sunsets since it was a little cloudy, but you can see how amazing it would be! Thank you Tess and Jeff for your kind hospitality.

Carley's home was beautiful and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen with everything and anything you might need. the hot tub was very clean and private. beautiful home.

Cathy was an exceptional host! The accommodations were so beautiful, so much love and hard work put in to making it a cozy place to stay. Bed was huge and comfy. Cinnamon buns were delicious. Hot tub was relaxing and private. We want to come back and try one of her other suites.

Our first visit to this beautiful home was absolutely wonderful! Lesley and Ian were incredibly friendly, responsive, and hospitable throughout. The home itself is a serene retreat with stunning green views, and it was clean. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like the availability of kayaks, which added to our enjoyment. Their flexibility and support regarding checkout, even allowing us to enjoy the outdoor space after the checkout time, made our stay even more relaxing. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to our next visit!

A friend and I decided to head north for a quick night away. Taurean’s “King’s Den” apartment was the perfect choice! A gorgeous accommodation, filled with special little extras and attention to detail! We enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Wonderful hosts with outstanding HOT homemade breakfasts! Really appreciated the extra perks of magnifier make-up mirror, house coat, lush towels, several Keurig coffee pod choices and 2 choices for my own private exterior sitting area. Level access and close parking to entrance, extra wide interior doors. MaryAnn was spot on for my food choices even including 10% cream for my morning coffee and crisp bacon. Very large space with two large bedrooms, slept like a baby and the TV included all the streaming you would want Close to Art College and short drive into town of Haliburton. It was a bit chilly for June but Gerry turned on the propane fireplace then all was cozy. Book it - you won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful time here on a short excursion out of the city! the cottage itself is magical with a beautiful view of the lake and a gorgeous back patio shaded by trees. Bryan and Pam were very helpful and had made sure to provide everything we needed and more

This cottage is perfection. Liane & James are just SO lovely. If you're reading this, don't look any further. Just book it. We couldn't have had a better week at Follie's Cove. The cottage was the perfect mix of modern and rustic. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We felt at home instantly. The sunroom was the perfect chill spot for us and our two big dogs to get out of the sun/rain without feeling cooped up indoors. The beach was heaven for our dogs, and on a quiet end of the lake, so we saw few other people all week. The quintessential Muskoka experience! Liane and James were *beyond* wonderful. They set us up with a ton of breakfast food and desserts. Even offered to return the day after check-in to drop off more coffee. It truly felt like renting from friends. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from them and puttering around the lake. Wish I had more space to gush about the space and their incredible hospitality. We would book again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay here. It was super easy to get to, very smooth check-in and check-out process and the place itself was done so tastefully. We felt so cozy, the space was bright warm and welcoming with lots of natural lighting and the perfect theme/ambience. Also the lake access is great, we loved getting out on the water and the lake was not crowded at all and extremely clean! I would absolutely recommend. Stephanie and John were also super responsive and took care of any of our needs. We can't wait to be back!

Jennifer's place was a perfect gathering point for our birthday family reunion. The accommodation was spotless, bright and warm and even had a little pack and play set up for the baby to have a nap. The grounds were stunning as was the view. Our only regret is that the weather did not cooperate so water activity was limited to a polar dip followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A beautiful retreat that our family thinks should be an annual event.

On the way up to this beautiful getaway, my wife and I were laughing at how many reviews say "We'll be back" whenever you're looking to travel somewhere and read the reviews prior to booking... We'd say, "How many people actually go back a second or third time?" ... Of course, our main thoughts after our weekend here was we will be coming back 100%. Incredible location, privacy, beautiful lake view as seen in the pictures. The fireplace inside a nice added touch as our weekend was fairly cold, even for May. For those looking to cook, the BBQ is clean and of excellent quality.

This was our second visit to James & Marisol's cottage and we loved our stay just as much this time around. The location, the scenery and being on the lake... absolutely breathtaking. If you ever want a nice getaway, look no further because this is a hidden gem. The interior is gorgeous with a nice rustic vibe & ideal for relaxation. Sitting on the beautiful Brandy Lake, it was perfect for us to do some canoeing & kayaking. Most of all, hanging around by the dock in the sun was our favorite part. We highly recommend this brilliantly hosted cottage to everyone looking to have a wonderful time in beautiful Muskoka!

Your cottage is so beautifully done. You have provided everything needed to make a stay comfortable & peaceful. We enjoyed the outdoor space as well & relaxed in the hottub. All the days we were there, a deer wandered through the property & on the last day she brought her baby with her! Everything was perfect. Thank you for the lovely experience!
