This stay was absolutely perfect from start to finish! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable, and the hot water and water pressure were excellent—such a treat after a long day out. The location was ideal—safe, quiet, and close to everything we needed. We also loved the amenities on-site, especially the pool and gym, which were clean and well-maintained. The host was amazing—super helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I truly have no complaints and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Small Escapes was perfect for my stay. It was close to historic Frisco and close to the Dallas North Tollway to travel around. The condo itself was clean and had everything supplied for a week long stay. The building was also well kept and quiet.

We loved our stay here! It was quiet (except for the train which really didn’t bother us), comfortable and a great location. We really appreciated the goodies left for us, especially the cupcakes from her bakery and the milk to put in our provided coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were very roomy and perfect for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect location for me and my family to stay while celebrating my husband’s 30th birthday! It’s centrally located to lots of places, but not on a Main Street where it feels chaotic! Felt like our home after getting to know the neighbors and others in the community. Bathrooms are STUNNING, everything is labeled well and everything you might need is at your finger tips! The beds are SO comfortable and the Bluetooth in the home is a fancy added touch! We loved our stay and if we are back in the area would absolutely stay here again!

A quick 7-minute walk to Main Street, where our boys went crazy for the shops and ice cream. I can’t say enough about this place and the owners. It was so clean and well stocked. I really appreciated that there was coffee, sugar and creamers for the morning so I didn’t have to immediately find a store the night I checked in. Carla and Chris responded very quickly to my messages and were eager to make my stay comfortable. Checking out was a breeze, they didn’t require a whole list of things to do like most rentals which was very considerate. I stayed here because I helped my daughter move from NY to Carrollton and I would definitely rebook for any future solo trips. Thanks!

I had a great stay at this comfortable apartment right in the heart of downtown Denton. The location couldn’t be better—I was able to walk to coffee shops each morning and enjoyed dinner and ice cream just steps away each night. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a cozy spot with easy access to everything Denton has to offer!

The house is way larger than it appears! The backyard has plenty to do and it is excellent size. This is the perfect Airbnb for a family with young children. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. I actually grew up in this neighborhood and we come back once a month for work and we will be staying here again.

Meyllelys's place was *perfect* for our couples getaway! The Airbnb is only a couple of minutes off of I-35, but feels quite secluded and woodsy. There is a nearby house, but there's enough distance to where you needn't worry about privacy or noise. The Airbnb was lovely and clean, with plenty of space for the four of us to spend a fun afternoon and evening and to sleep well in the comfortable beds. Also, the AC was very effective in keeping the place cool on a day that felt like a hundred degrees. The tree swing and the ping pong table and the basketball hoop in the front yard were all fun touches! The only couple of *minor* issues were the lack of real sugar packets for coffee (there were only artificial sweeteners) and the lack of a stopper for the bathtub. However, I have no doubt that Meyllelys will have these on hand for future renters. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

As you can tell from the pictures this place is beautiful. From before even booking Rachel was so helpful and accommodating. Once we checked in only had a minor issue which was remedied in ONE HOUR. Like from the moment I messaged until it was taken care of. I would 100% book with Rachel again. After having a small talk with her she felt like a close friend. The house is immaculate, she is so attentive. Going as far as to leave snacks and drinks for us, then brining eggs from her personal chickens. Very responsive. If you don’t pick this place you will regret it. Made lots of wonderful memories with family.

We had a wonderful stay at Luanne and Emma’s place in The Colony, TX! The home was so welcoming, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, homey feel. It was the perfect retreat to come back to after long days at the soccer fields—comfortable, peaceful, and thoughtfully put together. Every detail was considered—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches that made it feel like home. They truly thought of everything you might need during your stay. I highly recommend this spot to any future travelers—it’s a fantastic place to stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Thank you, Luanne and Emma!

The place truly felt like a vacation! Did not feel like you were in the city at all. The backyard was such a peaceful oasis to just lounge in the pool, catch a tan and relax. The style and decor of the house were TOO cute!! They made everything so simple to undress like the hot tub and dishwasher by having QR codes to scan for short to the point videos that they made themselves which I found incredibly helpful!! Would definitely stay here again!

The pool was sparkling clean. Loved the location close to a candy beach but because of the recent rain it was to high to swim in.

How often can you walk on a hard floor with bare feet and not feel so much as a hair stick to your foot? You can at this cute little house because this place was incredibly clean. There was plenty of good smelling bedding & extra blankets to cozy up in. Very comfortable! Sometimes with lodging like this, you can tell that it was furnished quickly and cheaply, with more thought being put into getting business, as opposed to comfort for the guests. This property isn’t that. It was furnished with quality furniture, linens, appliances, etc, and comfort of the guests was obviously a priority. I appreciate that so much. I stay in Denton at least once a year, ideally twice, and I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

Such an amazing place to stay. The view is awesome. And the condo itself is very nice and clean.

This place was just as described and pictured. The hosts provided a generous supply of towels, paper products and even detergent for the full-size washer and dryer! Although it’s an older complex and close to commercial shopping plazas and noise, it was relatively quiet at night, comfortable, and nicely furnished with 2 larger televisions.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and comfortable would recommend to future renters!
